Great home

I have stayed at this property twice now and both times have been great! The location is perfect, house is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here, relaxing and inviting.

Family Vacation

11 min walk to beach. Nice layout of house. Pool great to have. Only issue was slow draining sink in bathroom and wasp nest under chair on deck.

HHI Trip

The property worked out nice, just what we needed. The pictures and description were spot on! Would rent again - issue with getting the passes to get into the plantation, as the email they sent did not have the information about where the access passes would be!

Beautiful Location

Visited Hilton Head with a group of friends, the location of this property was beautiful. The house was really nice but a lot of the little things felt very cheap. Toilet paper holders falling off, sinks clogged, cheap beds etc… They also try to charge you for every little thing on top of the price you already paid. Not their fault but the pond behind the house attracts a TON of mosquitoes, expect to get eaten up at night. Overall wonderful trip but would probably choose a different house next visit.

Great Fall Trip

We loved the heated pool for our fall beach trip. The house and property were lovely and only a five min bike ride from the beach. The kitchen was large and well appointed, the common areas were spacious, and the hosts provided a variety of pool toys, games, puzzles, and books for entertainment. The four bedrooms were all cozy, and the master bath was large with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The only negative was having only 1.5 baths other than the master, with the second full bath being small with only a small tub/shower. Also, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. It worked for our relatively small family, I but would not recommend for multiple families or an extended family because of the limited bathroom space.

I wouldn’t book this home

The home had clearly not been prepared for our arrival despite booking this months in advance. The pool and hot tub were moldy green, not treated and clearly not cared for, the grounds maintenance itself not maintained well. we did a lot cleanup to ensure it was decent for all family arriving. We lost water twice during our stay, couldn't flush toilets amongst other issues. The Vacation Rental property Rental Escapes who oversees this property did move us to a different home on day 2 of our 5 day stay with all the ongoing issues we encountered. I would never book this home rental/nor would I recommend it.

Better than photos!

The house and especially the pool are much better than the photos depict! There is also a nice seating area and umbrella on the deck that I don’t remember seeing a picture of before booking. The pool is bigger than I expected and closer to the house than the pictures make it seem. The house has a very nice flow to the floor plan. It was also really nice to be able to store our rented bikes in the garage. We stayed here with another family and there was just enough space in the house to where we could spread out and do separate things, but not so much space that we could lose the 2 year old. We loved that there were enough fans for each room for white noise! We rented bikes and it was a very short and easy ride to the beach. We rented the child carrier on the back of one of the bikes to help transport umbrellas and beach bags. The dock was not appropriate for fishing. There were a lot of turtles that hung out right by the dock and would definitely get caught on a line if tried to fish. The dock is on a small pond, not one of the channels that leads to larger bodies of water. The pond made a nice view from the back and made the house feel private. This house was perfect for our two families and I would definitely stay here again!
