Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay somewhere new every January with our big group and we all agreed this was the best one yet. It was clean, spacious, perfect for groups, and close to everything we wanted!

Simply Beautiful!!!

The stay was great for all that were gathered. 14 adults, enough room and space for everyone to socialize, play games, watch television etc. Patio, grill and pool area provided more space. Fishing available right behind pool. This property is well maintained. We will surely stay here again!

Spacious beautiful home

The home is lovely and well appointed. The dishwasher was broken during the entire trip. The second floor addition is great, however the air conditioner does not adequately cool the 2nd floor or the master bathroom. Great location. Beds are very comfortable. Wonderful pool.

Amazing Stay for Large Family

Our experience during our stay was great. The rooms and accommodations were great. Everyone has their own restroom and the outdoor living space was exceptional. The view of the lagoon made for a great scene. While it is not in walking distance to the beach, for our family it was not a concern. It is a 20 min bike ride and coordination of the trolley. We truly enjoyed most of our time at this beautiful pool and outdoor space. On the next family vacation, this would be our first choice.

Great Communication during Hurricane Helene

I had a golf trip planned months ahead of time with my friends. We did not want the Hurricane to stop this weekend. Luckily, the area did not get hit that hard. But Island Time was very good about reaching out numerous times to make sure we were safe. 10/10 experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 13 family members stay at the house for one week to celebrate Christmas. The house was very clean. Each bedroom has a bathroom, and there were plenty of spaces for games, cards and family gatherings. The kitchen had enough cooking utensils, plates and silverware. We had a few issues, as the spa heater was a bit finicky, but Rudy, the house manager took care of any issue immediately. I’d highly recommend this house and Island Time.

Location in sea pines is perfect for us so we can get out and ride bikes, go to the sea pines tennis center for pickle ball and tennis and get to harbor town quickly.The house was clean. Hpwever, we did have a plumbing issue, but the property management company responded quickly, even though it was a holiday. We all truly appreciated their timely response. The property managgement company provided great customer service. I would highly recommend the house for large families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: had 12 family members ranging from 85 to 19 years old and this home absolutely accommodated everyone. We have rented many properties in the past and this one is definitely at the top of our list. The number of bathrooms to bedrooms and 1/2 baths makes this home comfortable and convenient for everyone. The kitchen creates an environment, when you are cooking you are still part of the entire family interaction. The pool and backyard area was quiet and clean. Memories forever!

And there was plenty of parking. We had a problem with the A/C on wednesday before Thanksgiving and the property management company got someone out there thay day to resolve it - great service and greatly appreciated! The only negative comment is that there is only one refrigerator so we had to use heavy duty coolers to keep some of our food and drinks in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 42 Stony Creek for the week of Xmas, to enjoy a mix of family members sharing the holidays. The location was perfect, inside the gated community of the Beautiful Sea Pines Resort, and the house was in walking distance of Harbor town, which in itself was awesome. The home was beautiful and very large. 7-8 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The masters had cavernous bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I loved the quality of the bedding and mattresses. We all got good night sleep.

Beautiful house

Pros- house is beautiful and clean. Short walk to Harbour Town. Great backyard area with nice pool and views of water and golf course. Property management took care of a couple minor issues quickly and were easy to reach when needed. Cons- the property is not close to the beach. I had reached out prior to booking to ask about walkability to the beach. I was told it is “about 10 minutes”. I specifically asked about walking. It is a 10 min drive. More like a 40 min walk. There is no where to park if you want to drive there. This should be more clear in the description and especially if asked about it prior to booking. We have stayed in other areas of Sea Pines that had much better access to the beach. Next time we will return to one of those properties.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay. When we first entered the house there were some issues that I would have thought been corrected before we got there. There was a screened in porch and one of the screens was half off and hanging down. We also had a big issue with the grill losing temperature. They came and fixed both of these items but a day later the grill once again shut down. Things break down but two dinners for my family of 15 were ruined. Can you imagine trying to create a dinner for 15 not once but twice. I’m the type of person who does not complain but if I feel like I’ve given management an ample opportunity to correct a situation and it continues I am not likely to use them again. The least they could have done was check back with us to make sure the fixes corrected our problems. This left a bad taste in our mouths about our overall trip....

Rained most of the time we were their. But enjoyed the house and played games.

Great Family Get Together

There were 13 of us ( 4 families spanning 3 generations ) and the layout of the house accommodated everyone very well. We could all sit together for dinner in the dining room too. The proximity to Harbor Town was great, easily in walking distance, and the bike rentals from VayK were at the home when we arrived. Everyone loved the pool and it got a lot of use! The property manager was helpful, responsive and friendly. He was great and addressed any issues we had. A couple of items I believe should not have been an issue upon arrival. The trash area was overflowing and appeared to not have been collected for weeks prior. And the hot water flow in the kitchen sink was down to a trickle, even after the plumber “fixed” it for a day or so. Otherwise we were totally satisfied!
