Terrific

Unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. Large deck with beautiful Ocean views. Easy access to the beach. Indoor parking. We had a great stay and enjoyed the activities at Palmetto Dunes (mostly golf). Great location in the center of the island accessible to everything. Highly recommend!

Perfect in every way

The unit was the perfect vacation property for our family with adult children. It was better than the pictures! Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was an easy short walk. We rented bikes and rode many miles within the Palmetto Dunes. Loved it!!

Almost ideal

The location and layout of the apartment/condo were very good. Could hear the ocean and the supplies was were excellent. The one area of issue came to the fact that there a few annoyances. E.G. the screen doors and glass patio doors probably have never had their tracks cleaned so making it difficult to open them until we bought some WD40 and sprayed them The property manager took 2 days to send someone. Also 2 fluorescent bulbs were not functioning in the kitchen. They repaired the lights. Well stocked with soaps, towels, linens, dishes, etc. We did not check to see if the ceiling fans had been dusted. Woulsstay there again because we're very handy and the location was great. Our family and grandchildren loved it.

Nice stay.

The apartment is clean, spacious and with a perfect view of the ocean. There were ample utensils for cooking but no spices, salt/pepper and other cooking essentials. There were only 2 coffee filters left when we arrived. There were no facial tissues in the apartment. Overall however a five star experience. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo and location

Had a wonderful time in your beautiful comfortable home. Had all the accommodations of home including soft cozy throws in the living room. Beautiful view of the beach and pool area, and can view the sunrise from the patio.

Gorgeous view and location

The property was immaculate and the furnishing are tasteful. The condo is large and spacious. The view of the landscaping and ocean are perfect. The manager was excellent and worked at dealing with our change of schedule. It would be great for a family, friends, or couples.

Week at Hilton Head 2023

Overall, enjoyed the place and vicinity of condo. The pool water was hot so difficult to enjoy a refreshing dip. We have been to different pools on Hilton Head about same time of year without this issue. We did have a fantastic vacation!

Great place to stay

The size, condition and location of the property is stellar. The property did not disappoint. Steps from the ocean for sunrise beach walks. A large hot tub for after golf rehab. Other people staying at the property grounds were friendly. It was an overall excellent place to stay. We will be back.

Condo was equipped with everything you would need and a nice touch with providing infant friendly accessories! Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy being together at the beach, property manager quick to resolve an issue with the sink!

Review

The location was wonderful. However the unit needs some work. The second bedroom sheets were taped together as they had cuts in them. The vertical blinds in the bedroom were missing the comforter had tears in it in the closet smells terribly. The cushions on the couch and chair ineeded to be cleaned. There was sand in the washing machine in the dryer.

Great location - needs a good cleaning

Property was perfect location. The condo was very nice but it needed to be deep cleaned! Possibly put slip covers on the furniture so you can launder it. Also, the throw rugs need cleaned as well. The property itself was beautiful but the pool chairs and tables needed cleaned daily and the pools needed attention. Needs just a little elbow grease.

Lovely condo in a great location!

I was super impressed by the helpful details provided at the unit, such as dish towels, dishwater soap, and laundry pods. We had lots of room for our family of 5. The "first floor " location was actually about a half floor above ground. We had nice views of the property and it was very easy load/unload luggage and groceries. I would definitely book this unit again.

Great beach location!

This property is lovely, looks just like the pictures, with a beautiful view and walk to the beach. It was perfect size for our family of 5. There are only two things people should know before traveling... 1. There is NOTHING included, no beach towels, chairs or beach amenities, so if you’re traveling by air like we did, you won’t have anything for the beach (unlike other VRBO properties we’ve rented). Additionally, while there are tons of pits and dishes, more than enough, there is little in the kitchen by way of condiments no salt, pepper, etc, so you’ll wind up buying everything you need (including trash bags if you need more than 2). This could be because of COVID, but again is different than what we’ve experienced elsewhere. 2. The general population on the property is pretty aged and didn’t love having kids around. Ours are pretty tame so it wasn’t too bad, but I certainly wouldn’t advise a rowdy or bigger bunch!

Great Experience!

Couldn’t have ask for a nicer stay. Very well kept, stunning view, great amenities and location. The bedrooms were comfortable, loved the master bathroom and plenty of televisions for the kids. Views of the ocean and the sunrises were a bonus! We will definitely return to this unit...thank you!
