My wife and I booked the home for our 4 college age daughters and their 4 friends. The home worked perfectly for the 10 of us. We rotated cooking duties every night and it worked out beautifully -- the kitchen was well equipped with cooking, plates and utensils. Big open spaces to congregate. The location was perfect -- right on the beach, beautiful sunrise views and a nice swimming pool. The pool got shady in the late afternoon - we enjoyed the respite from the sun. A few nit picky notes -- (1) there was a pretty substantial surcharge to use the hot tub (which we opted out of) (2) the beach equipment was a little beat up and there was no beach umbrella (3) the main window in the dining room was broken and obstructed what should have been a killer view during meals. Overall, a great experience.
