We had such a lovely time and our host was so thoughtful and helpful. A great place to stay with lots to do. Can’t thank them enough for such a clean and well laid out/equipped space.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The house was very clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was excellent too; only a short walk to the beach, easy access to the bike trails in Sea Pines, and very close to all the great restaurants and activities HHI has to offer. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We absolutely loved this home for our annual Hilton Head family vacation! It's even more beautiful in person than the photos show. The house was spotless, well-equipped for our large family, and the pool and convenient beach access were huge highlights of our week in Sea Pines! The owner and local property manager were both wonderful to work with. We made so many great family memories and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We had a wonderful golf trip to Hilton Head and this house was perfect. Great outdoor area for grilling and hanging by the heated pool and a great open space inside with connected kitchen/dining room/living room. Check in process was seamless and great support throughout the visit.

House was great - perfect size for our family of 5 with room to spare. Beach access was convenient with a short walk (5 min). Pool and hot tub were fantastic (definitely heat the tub). Lots of storage and a well appointed kitchen. House was really well decorated and the host as well as rental manager were super responsive! We’ve been coming to HHI for a long time and will look to rent at this house again!

We loved Sea Pines and our hosts were generous and helpful! The home itself was just beautiful and well appointed. John made our mom feel extra special as we celebrated her 85th birthday here! We sure hope to. come back someday!

Wow, what an AMAZING property!!! Beautifully decorated and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The owners and host could not have been more accommodating. We were a family of 7 and felt there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I would stay here again 100% and would not hesitate to recommend such a beautiful property.

Beautiful house and close to the beach. Very comfortable beds and a nice hot tub.Provided the ability to check in early and leave late since it was open. That is greatly appreciated.Management's communication was excellent. Since there weren't any issues, it wasn't needed.One thing that should be noted on this listing is that the pool can only be heated to 87-88 degrees. In the spring this is not warm enough, especially for 75 a day in heating fees. It only costs around 30 - 40 a day to heat a pool this size. For a 150% markup, I expect to be able to heat the pool to what I find comfortable. 90 degrees was needed with the temp outside.

Perfect family getaway! House has it all!

This house has it all! Updated finishes and furnishings, amazing outdoor spa and pool, close walk to beach and nearby Southbeach and all the bike trails. The house is fully equipped with everything you need! Each bedroom has extremely comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms for each! Beth, the property manager, was amazing with communication and checking in on us! Highly recommend booking your stay here!

Beautiful Sea Pines Property

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Beth, the property manager, and the McKnights went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable – they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating, answering all of our questions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

FANTASTIC STAY!

Our stay here was incredible! The property is GORGEOUS! The house was so clean and beautiful. We had more than enough space. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. Check-in was simple and seamless. Both the owner and property manager were so friendly and kind. They communicated clearly and went above and beyond for us and even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were more than impressed and have zero complaints! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again! 100 stars!

The house was exactly what was advertised. Plenty of room for our group of nine. One of the perks was each bedroom had its own very nice bathrooms and towels were laid out for us, a nice added touch. The house was very clean and beautiful. The men of course loved the enormous tv in the living area Also the owner was upfront well in advance about the beach being dredged when we were going to be there and it did not effect us in anyway with our enjoyment of the beach The pool was great, the small added fee to heat and use the hot tub is so worth it! They even came by everyday to clean around the pool. They also had plenty of pool/beach items for us to use that was an added plus. The best part was the outdoor shower, used that everyday! The one thing that needs replacing is the kitchen oven panel doesn’t show your baking temperature or timer other than that the oven works fine. We did use the outdoor grill and that worked great. The hostess was the best, always got back with me promptly when I had a question. She was right on top of things. Would definitely stay there again!

A Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway at Hilton Head Island!

We recently had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving at this charming home on Hilton Head Island, The host had decorated the space beautifully creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The attention to detail was impressive, from the decor to the thoughtful welcome bottle of wine. The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk from the stunning beach and close to fantastic dining and activity options. We enjoyed long walks along the shore, soaking in the breathtaking views and the gentle ocean breeze. The nearby bike trails were a hit, too! We rented bikes and explored the island. It was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with high-quality cookware. There is a lovely dining table where we could gather and share our gratitude. A highlight was the outdoor space. The twin balconies off the bedrooms were perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. There is also a lovely built in grill available for use. Our favorite feature was the heated pool and hot tub where we relaxed at the end of each day. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. They were always just a message away, ready to assist. Overall, our Thanksgiving getaway was nothing short of magical. The combination of a beautiful location, a cozy and well-appointed home, and a host who truly cares about their guests made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this spot highly enough!
