Beautiful condo and perfect location!

The condo and renovations are beautiful and the location is perfect! Property manager very responsive to an issue and we really appreciated his help!

Coffee on the back porch was the perfect place to start the day!

Ahh. That view!

This townhouse is perfectly located. It’s short walk or bike ride to the beach, Coast restaurant, Fraziers tavern, the driving range and golf courses that will take your breath away. It’s modern and clean. I like that we didn’t hear the neighbors, even though and endless stream of adults and children were coming and going. It was soundproof. The management team is exceptionally responsive. If you have any issues, they will resolve them quickly. We will be back!

Wonderful Villa

We come to HHI often and always stay in Sea Pines in different homes/villas. The location of this one was out favorite. Easy walk to the beach club, great view of the golf course, and for as many people as we had around us, it was quiet. We highly recommend this rental. It's beautifully decorated, bright and clean. We hope to stay here again next time we come.

Perfect location!!

Loved our time at this villa! The location is perfect for everything at Sea Pines! Bikes are a must and can be requested right around the corner. Trolley pick up very close and a convenient way to get to any restaurants! Pool is across the parking lot which was great for my kids! Pat and Sonny were great to work with for checking in and getting into the villa!

What a beautiful home! Perfect location, beautiful view of the golf course/club house. Close to everything. Every detail and amenity covered. Comfortable beds, their home has everything you need. Owners are the nicest people! My son left his cross necklace that we got him for his High School graduation last month; he was very bummed since it’s sentimental to him. Owners found it and will mail it back 😊 highly recommended staying at their lovely home! Thank you for everything!

Great location and accomodations

Well maintained property, great location with easy beach and golf course access, nice view of the club house. Relatively open floor plan on the first floor is great for spending time with family. Would stay again!

A fabulous week!

The condo at Plantation Club villas was the perfect location, very central to the Sea Pines area. It was a quick bike ride to the beach or maybe a 10 minute walk. Beach access was at the Beach Club which had bathrooms, a bar, and often live music. We biked all over the island, to South Beach for pickleball, Harbortown for coffee/breakfast, and Coligny for shopping. We are golfers and played both courses at Plantation Club and were able to walk there for tee times or to practice at the range. The view from the back patio is gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the grounds crew on the 9th hole of Atlantic Dunes while we had our morning coffee. Our two teenage boys loved watching the golfers come in each day. We were a family of 5, two adults and 3 teenagers, and the condo was big enough for us to spread out and the en suite bathrooms were nice. The condo was very clean, and had nice beachy decor. As previous guests have mentioned, the master curtains are sheer and we did get woken up by a beautiful sunrise early each morning. The downstairs furniture was very worn and some of the bedding/pillows are a little tired looking, would be nice to have these items replaced soon. The kitchen had adequate supplies including trash bags, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent and a good ice maker. However, there are no beach supplies provided including towels so you should plan to bring all beach items with you. We would definitely book this condo again!

Great location - Filthy Interior

The rental property is nice, great location and Sonny the rental manager is good to deal with. We battled cockroaches in the bedrooms and mold in the showers though. Daughters 27/25 would not shower at the residence and opted to shower at the beach club or pool. On the final day the kitchen sink clogged and that was the final straw.

Family trip. Plenty of room, stocked kitchen. Beautiful view & close to beach and pool. We would love to come back & definitely recommend this townhouse.

Christmas vacation

We had a great stay despite the unusually cold weather at Christmas and the fact that some of our family didn’t make it down because of flight cancellations! The villa had everything needed to make our stay comfortable including a well appointed kitchen. It is also in the perfect location. My husband loved that he could just walk over to the golf course! The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

Nice condo

The best thing about this condo is location. Only 1/2 mile from the beach. The rental price was good too. Cleanish. The master bedroom’s walls are coated in dust from the fan but otherwise it seemed okay. No bugs either.
