Perfect House!

This property was perfect for our family which had 10 of us. So spacious!! The location to the beach was awesome! Literally a 2-3 minute walk. The pool was awesome and was a great hangout for the teens in the evening as they watched various games on the flatscreen in the pool house along with the pool table area! The kitchen and dining areas were used every night to gather and play games and just sit around and talk. Check in was a breeze with door codes emailed. I highly recommend this property!!

Great weekend in Hilton head

Thanks for sharing this property with our family for a great week in Hilton Head. The property was exactly as described with all the great amenities. The outside area was perfect for our family as well as the beach being so very close. What a great week and we plan on using this location again.

Everything We Needed!

This property exceeded our expectations. The proximity the beach was amazing, just a 3 minute walk allowed us to easily see the sunrise, and while we were there, the full moon rise. The property was well-stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, dishes, etc. we found everything we were looking for. Even plastic dishes for my 2 year old daughter. The property was clean, the pool house with the Bluetooth speakers was an extra bonus. Highly recommend this property, would stay again!

Great family vacation at the beach!

The home was beautiful and very spacious. The pool and the proximity to the beach was a big hit with everyone! We had a few issues with the elevator and the air conditioning but they were addressed quickly by the management company. Our only complaint was in the kitchen… the stovetop needed some instructions and more silverware was needed.

Loco for Coco’s

The home was absolutely awesome. We had nine in our party (3 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. Spent many hours in the heated pool with the cabana being a big plus! A short walk everyday to the beach made this a perfect location. We also loved Coco’s being so close. Highly recommend this home for your next HH vacation!!

Great House

The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 kids under 7! Proximity to the beach was fantastic and made bringing everything to/from the beach a breeze. The pool deck and pool house was great and the outdoor tv was a definite perk! Already considering renting this house again next summer.

Perfect for Extended Family

This property was amazing and perfect for our extended family. Each couple enjoyed their own bedroom and bath with plenty of room for kids ages 9-19. We were steps away from the gorgeous beach and ocean, which we enjoyed most days. The pool and deck area were perfect with enough room for everyone to swim or hangout. The cabana was so convenient for having snacks and dinner by the pool as well as refrigerator and bathroom accommodations close by. We also used many of the other amenities, such as the bicycles, pool table, Bluetooth speakers, etc. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome beach get away!

This was the ideal house for our group. We went with my son and 4 of his friends. The pool and the cabana along with the close proximity to the beach were ideal. The entertaining areas were separated from the main floor and deck so the kids could be in the pool or in the room off of the pool playing games/watching movies and we could have space to ourselves. The main area and the kitchen/dining room was large enough for all of us when we did have time together.

The house is great. Climbing the circular staircase kept my exercise regimen in order, but, do not be alarmed. There is an elevator. The pool area was fabulous. The decks were great. We hope to stay there again.

Nice place with “Good Bones” however it needs some TLC and updates

Overall very positive experience at the same time the property good benefit from a handy man type who has an eye the details as a lot of areas need caulking and painting in the house. Additionally, the beds were all very, very Firm and the pillows are about 10 years and need to be replaced. We enjoyed the pool and the location, the sleeping quality was poor as the mattresses were all too firm and perhaps a quality “topper” with some padding might be helpful!

Spring Break

Two families enjoyed this property for spring break. When we arrived the pool was not heated. We called property management and they said the pool company had just been out 2 hours before so to give it over night. Bummer the kids couldn't swim the first night. We try pool again in the morning, still fridig. Call property management again, they send someone out. The heat was never turned on. Bummer it took 2 calls for resolution, but at least it was resolved for our stay. The description should also note that due to some food regulations with rentals, there is nothing in the kitchen to share. No salt, pepper, tin foil, cooking spray, etc. You have to buy everything. Plan accordingly. Lots of room for kids to run around. Pool table and ping pong were good activities for one rainy morning. Very short walk to the beach. Night swims with grilling and watching march madness were fun activities for entire family.

Fantastic property - will be back!

Great location and beautiful home. We had 5 adults and 9 kids and comfortably fit in the house. As a bit of a change of scenery trip given I have been working from home for 8 months, the home office was great and I was able to work while the kids did online school. Then afternoons and evenings we enjoyed the pool and Beach. The pool is amazing and the kids loved it. My teenager said this trip saved 2020 for him. Thank you!

Great Thanksgiving on Hilton Head

Great house in excellent location in Palmetto Dunes, short walk to beach with very well appointed kitchen. Lots of space for our extended family of 12 to spread out with outdoor spaces and pool and ping pong indoors. Another plus was quiet office space for those in our party working and remote learning from home. My only complaint is nonfunctional elevator. No answer from management company from 4:30 call day of arrival and promise to send someone to fix on Friday never happened-would have been a disaster for a party with handicapped person in home with 3 levels - all living levels on top!

Great family vacation home!

We had three families with 7 kids in total. The pool was the selling feature for us. Plenty of space, clean home, and stocked well. Super close to the beach and we especially enjoyed the bike use. Thanks so much for the great stay!
