I particularly like pots and pans that are not Teflon. I like that they had stainless steel pots and pans. There is a kitchen easy to work in.

Great location and clean property

This is our second visit at the same property. While we loved the location, this time, the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable. It creaked every time we moved - we had to use the twin beds in the other room. That was the only disappointing factor. All else was per expectations.

misrepresentation of amenities

i'll keep this as short as I can while also trying to be informative (otherwise you won't read it) -musty smell -mold/mildew in shower, severe soap scum on glass doors -carpets worn/stained/torn -furniture torn Listed in amenities... -ice maker doesn't work -no hair drier -Bath towels only -blue ray player does not work -Music library of CD's but nothing to play them on -TV in primary doesn't work -"Video library"=2 VHS's but no VHS player. No DVD's In need of a major reno (outdated, old and dirty), peeling wallpaper, dirty grout, peeling caulk, several outlets don't work -what looked like dried blood on owner suite comforter -broken unusable drawer in the fridge. -hydrolics on modern kitchen cabinets broken/not functions. -primary bathroom can't go #2 with out the toilet clogging. Did not meet expectations from a cleanliness, functional standpoint. Great location in sea pines. Golf course view amazing. Less than 10 min bike ride to sea pines beach club. Community well maintained. Several Bike racks close to building. Elevator. 2 parking passes include with stay.

It was nice n quiet only thing tdon’t say check in time untill after you submit A was waiting until 4 after a long flight a think checked in should be more early , the place was good just need to get new control remotes they don’t work good other than that it’s was great

Great location, a little effort required

It was a great stay as far as location, booking, logistics , and Vacassa accommodating the possibility that I might have had to cancel due to Covid related issues so 5/5 there. My feedback is that the place needs attention. The owner needs to go there and not leave things to cleaners who are robotic. Place is a bit tired… grouting, bathrooms a bit outdated and not feeling clean because of that ( they were clean) but under the bed and sofas was not :-(. But the bedding and pillows were really terrible.. a little money needs to refresh this as it lets this place down. It also needs a bit of straightening up.. loved all the books but they’re everywhere… ! anyway, I’d definitely stay again but with the condition that bedding be replaced and place get a little TLC. 🙏🏻

Expected more for the price

Easy check-in. Easy access. Contacted management company on Tuesday. The number they have listed on all paperwork is NOT the number they want you to contact. They give you another number in message. I told them on Tuesday our shower light did not work making shower super dark. They said they would get it fixed. Left on Sunday without it fixed and no communication from mgmt. Shower had lots of black at the bottom (needed tlc). In the living room propped up against the wall was a broken coffee table. No idea how long that was there. Back deck was green over the beige paint. Needed power washed. Disappointed in the unit given the cost for 6 nights.

Nice location - outdated stay

Overall, the stay was good. The cleanliness could’ve been better (we found a used bandaid in the shower) and dishes that were put away weren’t quite clean. The A/C lacks in the bedroom but in the main areas worked well. Super easy to get to the beach.

Great location!

Great spot and very easy to arrange. Just a note that the shower door in the master back sticks and is difficult to slide. May need a little oil or something. Very nice property!

Loved everything about our stay

I loved that our patio was on the golf course, 2nd floor, with morning sun and afternoon shade. The complimentary trolleys to the beach and Harbour Town were a treat we did not expect. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a walk to the beach was less than 10 mins (if you learn the shortcut) 😁. Condo had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

July 4th mother daughter getaway

Great rental company. Easy process for check in. Great location for beach! Unit was a bit outdated and mismatched but on the positive, had all the necessities and more! Chairs, fully stocked kitchen, spacious, washer/dryer and nice pool.

Great, relaxing vacation

This unit was immaculate and updated. The only thing that could have made it better was a king bed in the master instead of a queen. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the golf view was so relaxing. Thank you!
