  • If you envision you and all your family having lots of fun on Hilton Head Island, then this is the house for you. Very bright with skylights. Spacious large 5 Bedroom home offering plenty of beds for sleeping and large open rooms for relaxing. Located in Sea Pines Resort directly on the 2nd hole tee of the Harbour Town Golf Links where the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament is played.

    Just a short 5 minute stroll to the Harbour Town Club House and Harbour Town or take a quick bike ride to the beach.

    POOL HEAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR RATES.

    Discounted weekly bicycle rentals are offered through our partners at Riding Tigers Bike Rentals (843) 686-5833. Give them a call and let them know you are staying at 3 St. Andrews Place.

HHI-our 2nd trip

First time in this home-owner exceptionally easy to work with-great house-very large rooms-super spacious for our group of 8-the pool was a perfect size and most welcome in the August heat after a day of excursions-I would definitely recommend this rental

Great house for hosting a weekend golf trip. Plenty of space and outfitted well for cooking dinner. Central location to see pines and palmetto courses.

This home is sentimental to us as it used to belong to a family member. We loved being able to visit once again. The location is perfect and the house was plenty big to accommodate our party size comfortably!

Perfect! This house has a beautiful open layout, very well stocked, clean and perfectly located in Seapines to ride your bike 10 mins to the beach, or Seapines nature preserve or harbor town. Joseph was so easy to communicate with. The day we drove in we got hit with a storm that made the pool a bit messy and he had someone out the next day to check it out. One of the best features in this house was a large ice maker and anyone that always travels with a large group knows how great that is. Oh it’s also a 5 min bike ride to the shops at Seapines.

Enjoy!

Owner was very responsive to messages and had many extra touches to make you comfortable! The home was beautiful and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay from kitchen items, towels, pool floats and everything you would need for the beach. Great home for a few families to vacation together and everyone have their own space.

A Great House for Family Gathering

This house was clean, equipped, spacious and just great fun! The pool was clean and a great diversion for the kids. The provided bicycles and beach gear were an extra treat. The house location was perfect for beach trips, Harbor Town and easy trips to grocery stores. Will definitely get this house again!

Great home with all the amenities!

Wonderful family vacation. This home has everything you can imagine for the kitchen, plenty of plates, silverware, cookware, wine, glasses, you name it, they have it! Such a great experience and having the pool was was a lot of fun. Plus, the house is spacious!

Beautiful Sea Pines Home

We just spent a week at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. The location was great and it was supplied with everything we needed for our week on the island. We loved having a pool on the property. The owner was quick to communicate with us before, during and after our trip. We would definitely rent from him again.

The home was perfect for our extended family - four generations enjoyed the lovely home, relaxing pool, walks in the community and proximity to the beach. The vacation home had everything we needed - and more! The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions! A wonderful experience!
