Where do we begin? WONDERFUL! This beautiful home was well equipped from kitchen appliances and dishware to soaps in the bathrooms, towels even games. Property was very clean, beautifully updated and just as advertised. Morning coffee on the screened-in back porch was one of our favorite daily routines. Location in Sea Pines was absolutely perfect with quick access to the beach and Sea Pines Beach Club. We have rented vacation properties all over the country and I have to say, this property was one of our favorites with Host2Coast being one of the best management companies we have worked with. Their communication was incredible and was always very helpful with any questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The professionalism and personal approach of Host2Coast throughout the entire process was stellar. Vanessa was so good at calming our concerns when our check in was delayed due to heavy traffic. She even followed up with us to ensure we got in the home okay and to see if we needed anything. If there was anything negative we had to say about this property was that the mattresses were pretty firm. Although mattresses are a preference, it wouldn't prevent us from renting this wonderful property again. Host2Coast will be our go-to service for HHI vacation properties in the future. We can not recommend this beautiful home or H2C enough. Thank you for a wonderful week, great memories, and respite from our crazy lives! Tom & Nikkie

We had a great time in Hilton Head on Pine Court! Pros: great space with ample seating, 2 beach chairs umbrella available, the screen porch, plenty of dishes and cookware (we even found some plastic for the kids to use), spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms both w a shower, 3 mins from the beach, great location. Host2coast was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. Cons: really the only one was the primary bed was very uncomfortable - we are not picky bed people either but it was hard to fall asleep and we woke up w stiff backs. My only other feedback would be a map of the area with directions to the pool and how to access the beach. We figured it all out but would have been nice having that available to reference.Overall we felt at home and would likely come back to this same unit! Thank you for sharing your space :).

Sea Pines Gem

This home is a gem in Sea Pines. We were impressed by the open and comfortable layout. The space felt even more spacious and welcoming than the photos had suggested. Everything was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials.The location was great—just a short bike ride to the beach, Sea Pines Center, and Harbour Town. We loved the convenience of being able to bike to Harbour Town, the stables, and even South Beach. The included bikes, beach umbrella, and chairs were in great condition and made our outings even more enjoyable.The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We also appreciated the nearby community amenities like the pool, basketball court, and tennis courts. This home made an excellent home base for island biking, allowing us to easily reach just about anywhere in Sea Pines.The home offered great value. We would absolutely stay again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Sea Pines.

A Beautiful Get Away!

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful, clean and SO spacious. The attention to detail is excellent - UBB ports on bedside tables, make up towels, there is also a high chair and pack and play in one of the storage cupboards, if needed. Close to Sea Pines Beach Club and Harbor Town. If you are beach goers, there aren’t any beach chairs etc so you may need to bring your own. Would highly recommend.

Great house for our family

Great house for our family (10 month old and 3 year old), great location and top notch communication from the management company. The house was clean, well prepared, comfortable and really perforect for our week on the island. Would highly recomend staying here.

4 Pine Ct.

4 Pine Ct was a perfect location for our family vacation. The beach 🏖️ and Harbour Town were both a short bike ride away. The property was clean and provided everything we needed. We were truly impressed with the property management company Host 2 Coast. They go above and beyond any other hosting company we have experienced. The extra touches make a difference. A fresh flower 🌸 and scented body oil from a local business are a few of the extras that made us smile. Also, they provided the same quality products that we use at home. We will be back next year.

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Everything we needed was less than 5 mins away; the beach, the supermarket (Publix), restaurants, etc. The check in process was very smooth… my children thoroughly enjoyed. The property had everything we needed and more. I would definitely recommend or revisit this location. Home away from home. Thank you!

Terrific home

We have stayed in Hilton Head for many decades, but this may be the nicest property we have stayed in. Perfect for our month visit, had everything we needed, responsive staff, and the neighbors were all very friendly. The only sad aspect of our trip is that the property was already booked for 2025, before we even left, and I was not able to reserve for next year.

Great Home in Sea Pines

We come twice a year and usually stat in Sea Pines. This house has a nice layout and is decorated with a nice beach house vibe. We had 2 small issues. #1 were the large group of staying at the home.nexr door.wh oh we had to call security twice around 1am because they were loud/obnoxious and the master bedroom is next to their patio, and we couldn't sleep. #2 is we didn't have access to the pool because the pool keys were missing. I contacted the property management company on Sunday and someone did calle back Monday and said they possibly find another key and bring it over later that morning, but we were going to be out for the day and I said not to worry about getting us one right away, but we would like to have it by midweek. She said that was great and she'd see what she can find and get back to me, but we never heard back. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit

Fun family getaway

As a family of 7, we comfortably fit in this 3br home. The queen bunkbeds were fabulous for the littles, and the small house out front to wash sand off was a great touch! Having access to the community pool was fabulous and the location made everything super easy! We will absolutely be back :).

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house fit a family of 4 with teenagers well! The management company did a really great job of having everything there we needed and more-we have stayed at alot if places in Hilton Head over the years and this one was one of the best!.They were extremely communicative and helpful and the location of the home was perfect!

Charming House, Great Location

Minutes from the Beach Club by bike. Loved the quiet location on a cul-de-sac! More spacious than the photos, comfortable furniture and beds, and well-equipped for a family of 4-6.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The communication was awesome. The house was very clean and so cute. It was our first time to HHI so we didn’t know what to expect. The only thing we would have liked was more tips and tricks to navigating sea pines as first timers. But otherwise, this property and our overall experience was wonderful.

Peaceful space!

Even though we didn’t have the best weather this week, we had a great time. The house has everything you need and a neat layout with plenty of space. My younger daughter loved the bunk beds in the front bedroom and my older one enjoyed a king sized bed. Perfect location short ride to both the beach and Harbor Town. Great having access to the pool as well. Will most definitely be back!

Perfect location, well-equipped, responsive owners

My family of 5 adults enjoyed a lovely stay. The home was very clean and in good order with well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the large dining table in the screened-in porch for breakfasts and dinner. The home is mid-Seapines and a close bike ride to everything interesting in this lovely plantation. We would return.

Great house and location!

The house was beautiful and pretty clean. The big living room and screened in porch were great places to hang out with the family and we loved the natural light from the windows and skylights. The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty with all the greenery. It was about 20 to 25 minute walk to the beach which was not bad but it was also nice to be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club for a quicker trip to the beach. The house was also located near some good restaurants and stores. A few things that could be improved would be making sure that all the dishes and utensils are very clean (seems like the last renters didn’t scrub all the utensils very well) access to beach towels, and if the house was able to get a little bit cooler at night. We also loved the pool but had a little trouble finding it so providing a map of where it is located in the neighborhood would have been helpful. Also the pool bathroom code needs to be updated in the info binder. Overall it was a great place and we would definitely stay in Sea Pines again!
