Great vacation home

The vacation home was well furnished, clean and perfect size for our family. Recently remodeled! It was an easy walk to the beach and there are lots of great activities in Palmetto Dunes (golf, tennis, bike riding, etc). Lots of shopping and restaurants in and around this area of Hilton Head.

Great rental

Great location

Queens Grant is a great location to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Our specific accommodations had been updated but the outside area was not an ideal area to sit and relax. A little TLC - new cushions for the outdoor sitting chairs, an indoor/outdoor carpet would certainly make it much more appealing AND a gas BBQ would certainly be an asset. The main couch in the house is dated and needs to be replaced. Beds, linens and rest of the house were clean and comfortable.

Very nice but...

The property was overall nice, with a few reservations. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes unless we ran it 2 times. I do understand that you supply paper products to be a starter kit. I do feel that, if the property is rented for multiple weeks there should be "starter kits" for each week. The products are built into the overall cost so only fair that, if paying for multiple weeks, starter products should be provided for each week. Also, other properties that we've rented have supplied bikes; that is a very nice touch. I understand that the cost would be built in, but it is much more convenient.

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our Hilton Head stay! Villa was modern and clean. Location was close to everything. Short walk to the beach was pleasant! Everything went smoothly with Vacasa. Other villa residents were friendly and respectful. We have already leased for next year!!!

Great location, dog friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Dunes. The condo was clean and generally well maintained, although the entrance lock took several tries. There was an irrigation sprinkler pointed directly at the front door that ran every morning, which made it impossible to use the front door while it was running. It also sprayed the side light window next to the door, which leaked water into the foyer. Other than that, there were really no issues. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The general store was just a few minutes away on foot and had just about everything you might need: hot food, sandwiches, beverages, t-shirts, snacks, ice cream, you name it. The beach was not far at all, a 15 minute walk or 2 minutes by car. We brought our dog along and found the area to be very pet friendly. Overall, it was a good trip and we were satisfied with our stay.

Great Property!

Condo was very nice and the kids gave it a big thumbs up upon arrival. Close to beach, general store, outfitters, shops, tennis courts, golf, you name it! Had a 1 week stay and enjoyed every minute. Would highly recommend!!

1st time renting a condo

Overall it was a good experience. Location was convenient. Condos was basically very good except the TV in the living room didn't work and the bath tub was not clean. It did have everything you would need if you were going to cook. I would rent again. Never Communicated with property manager.

Nice place !!....

This villa was in clean and neat condition and conveniently located for a short walk or ride to the beach. Nothing to complain about from our end. Only suggestion I would make would be that the area near the dining table could you more lighting. Perhaps a standing light fixture placed near that area would suffice.

Great Family vacation

Well maintained, updated unit - although smaller than imagined. Bathroom shower could use some additional updating. Great location with easy access to pool, walk to grocery store, beach, restaurants. Overall great stay in HHI. Will return.

Property owners need to know.

Very nicely decorated. However there were issues .Ground fault plug in bathroom did not work. No hot water in kitchen. Tea kettle had brown sludge inside. Only one lamp in living room gave dim lighting. One dining chair has loose back. Thermostat needs directions. Covid cleaning was questionable. I am sorry that I felt it necessary to give a less than perfect evaluation
