We were not able to go to beach at all because walk way was under stagnant water. The pool area was infested with mosquitoes ( I had to buy citronella candles ) but still got eaten up. They were also in the house. Down stairs bathroom was flooded from rain water seeping in and very musty. Very outdated and patio furniture was unusable because so moldy. The upstairs bedroom was the nicest part of the home with a great view and comfortable bed bathrooms were all outdated bad but upstairs master was large. They had a lot of rain but better planning for beach walkway would have been nice.
This is before you get to the worst of the standing water flooding the walk way.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The LOCATION of the house is absolutely amazing!! Direct view to the beach, no house in between. The house has so many living areas and balconies to enjoy. The downstairs game room is great. Pool was clean and in good condition. The house has 5 bathrooms; on main floor, there are two bedrooms that share one bath and lower floor has two bathrooms. Kitchen is great and has all appliances and additions. Really fun to cook in. Master bedroom floor is HUGE with dream sized tub and closet.Few maintenance items that we noticed were communicated to owner but none were deal breaker. Owner has taken good care of the house! We’ll def recommend this place.

An beautiful place to stay

We are lucky enough to rent a lot of homes for vacations and this one was one of my favorites. The house was great, well stocked with kitchen tools, dishes, blankets and towels. We appreciated high end touches like the ice maker, powerful blender, and pots big enough to do a seafood boil at home.The beds and furniture were high quality and super comfortable, and the space fit our group of 8 perfectly. Brian was very responsive when we needed something the first day. I was a little worried that we would miss seeing the full ocean with the house being set back, but that’s wasn’t at all the case. The view is truly spectacular and the beautiful lawn only adds to it!We rented bikes and rode to the grocery store, dinner and shops at different times during the week. The location was great. Our whole group loved it, and thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head!

Perfect spot

We visited for a wedding and this spot was perfect - although a little chilly in Feb it felt great to walk on the beach with the dogs and enjoy the salt air. The location, backyard landscaping and beach access are the best. The house was very comfortable, clean and lots of options for sitting and sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Getaway

we were very happy with the house. it had plenty of room for us, our 3 kids and spouses, my nephew and my 90 year old dad, loved the closeness to the ocean and also relaxing in the pool. we will definitely come back here on our next Hilton Head vacation. the host was extremely easy to get ahold of. if you have a small group, look into this location!!!

Great property!

Cassina Palms is located in a premier location with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our group of 10 family and friends enjoyed the large oceanfront home with pool. We only ate 1 meal out the entire week as the kitchen was very accommodating for meals for large groups. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and uncrowded. Brian, the property manager was promt and attentive and took care of any and all needs. We are all looking forward to next year's visit!

Perfect beach wedding

We recently hosted our beach wedding at this stunning Vrbo property, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed to make our special day perfect. The beachfront location provided a breathtaking backdrop for our ceremony and photos, and our guests were in awe of the views. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The outdoor spaces were perfect for our reception, with plenty of room for dining and dancing under the stars. We couldn’t have asked for a more magical setting for our wedding. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality! We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and picturesque getaway.

Gorgeous oceanfront house

The property and home were stunning and more than enough room for 12 of us! Easy bike to Caligney and Sea Pines. Access to ocean was not only beautifully landscaped but right in the backyard! Highly recommend!

Old House

House is in a great location which we have stayed in Hilton for several years on family vacation. The location of this house is awesome…..beach is great and within walking distance to Coligny area. This house is old and in need of major work. Lots of items didn’t work…..2 burners on stove, hot water in kitchen. Grass was overgrown, pool stayed dirty because of unkept palm trees shedding debris. House needs attention for the money charged for a week stay. I will add that grass did get mowed after we called and requested…..but again for the money you shouldn’t have to request these things.

Family Time

A perfect week at a very nice property. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive. The property had everything you could ever want or could think about. There was plenty of space for hanging out as a group and room to get away for alone time. Everyone said the property was perfect for our trip. We had a great time with perfect weather. Great house in Hilton Head

We rented this house because it was on the beach and it was dog friendly! The house was a perfect set up for about 15 of us - great outdoor space, great set up for teenage and young adults with parents! Being on the beach was great - such a nice area! They had lots of beach toys to use as well! Thanks for a great week!

Family Vacation

We had a total of 11 family members...7 adults and 4 children with one very well behaved dog! The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was a big benefit for all. The location by the beach was fantastic and our property manager, Brian Austin was great to deal with and very responsive to questions and information. I would highly recommend this property and its property manager for future families.

Amazing!

We love the beach and wanted a place where we could have a small wedding/renew our vowes with our closest friends and family. We had family stay in the house ranging in age from under 2 to 80 years old. The overall feedback from us and our guests is that it's the best event we've ever been to! First, the direct access to the beach is a complete game changer. The walk is easy with the majority of it being a board walk. The grounds are amazing. Great landscaping and lighting and plenty of grassy area for our event. The kids loved the pool with plenty of seating around the pool deck for the adults to relax and keep an eye on them. The house is great. We slept 15 with no problem. The third floor master wing is amazing. Many of our party spent every morning on the many decks drinking coffee and reading with great views of the ocean and the back yard. The host was great! He even came over and adjusted the irrigation so it wouldn't interfere with our event. Overall we'd highly recommend this property for a great get away!

Spectacular view

Cassina Palms is a beautiful home with a fabulous view of the ocean. My husband and I and our adult children enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The home was spacious and clean. We would definitely book again.

Perfect getaway for spring break vacation!

Thanksgiving 2022

Every November for Thanksgiving I bring my family to Hilton Head. First time to stay in the South Forest Beach area, usually we stay in a Palmetto Dune homs. This home has a perfect location on the beach, and a private pathway to walk to the beach. Perfect layout for entertaining which we did have several dinners including Thanksgiving of 15 people. The main floor with the kitchen , eating area and family area all flows nicely. There are 3 bedrooms on this main floor and only downfall is that only 1 bedroom has a private bath , the other two bedrooms have to share the other bathroom as well as your guests since there is not a powder room on the main floor. The Master suite upstairs is incredible , beautiful, spacious and private, with two outdoor sitting area's , the one facing the beach is very nice to sit in the morning and relax to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the ocean, very peaceful. The first floor when you enter is great , the couple who stayed in the bedroom had privacy and also own entrance in and out to the pool. There are a lot of steps which were steeper than most, to get to the main floor as well as another set to get up to the master suite. Great exercise, however, not recommended for elderly or disabled individuals. I enjoyed, definitely got my workout in! We only had one issue when we arrived and the host Brian, took care of it immediately. Enjoyed our 2 weeks at this home and Brian the host was great communicating and assisting with what we needed.
