No puede hacer el check in llegue antes de las 4 am del domingo y no me brindaron la habitación por la que ya habia pagado xq sus sistemas estaban apagados y tenia que esperar hasta que se reiniciara hasta las 6 am, asi que tuve que regresarme a mi casa, esta vez me atendieron mal y no me brindaron el servicio que esperaba

For the price, it’s well worth it!!! Had no issues, and it was a great stay for my Hilton Head vacation. This may sound a bit strange, but I enjoyed the trash can. The trash was a decent size, it wasn’t small like a lot of hotels. The set up of the room was great, it was clean, and had a functional air conditioning.

The property is certainly dated. It was clean and the front staff was always polite however for the rate it charges per night it should be much better. The owners should invest more into the facilities and not make the staff take the complaints of the lack of basic accommodations that are expected in a hotel. It is only two miles from the public beach which does make it convenient.

Staff at the front desk was very rude at check in and at check out. They charged $3 per day for use of the safe even after I declined the service. At check out I had to request reversal of those charges.

I planned on red roof. Hilton head. When we got there it was the wrong Hilton head red roof. But it was Christmas week. So we just stayed. We walked it. And the only furniture in my room was the bed…. When we asked for a chair they said that was if you upgrade your room!? What!? Never come here again.

Lady that checked us in the first night was great! Then the next two times I visited the lobby for something (key quit working, and to check out) the woman in the lobby was not friendly at all. Barely spoke to us and glared when we asked for a receipt etc. I also noticed when I got home that I have bug bites on my back. (and my other activities while there were inside, not a place I would get bug bites!)

Expedia had a refri/micro in the room. But the room didn't come with that, so I had to pay an upcharge. Expedia should pay for that. Because your pictures show a refri/micro in the room. The room needs some nice chairs to sit in and not have to be sitting on the bed all the time. Not comfortable. I don't know if it was the bed or me/us. Neither of us sleep well the entire time we were there.

Check-in and check-out went well and professionally. I stayed here years ago and it is definitely better. Nice rooms and bath. My only small critique is the tv. Cool channels and options other than NO Golf Channel! I would drop Taiwan channel and replace it with Golf!

Hotel looked fine from the outside. But the heat in the room was not working and the overflow drain in the bath tub was almost rusted through. There was no refrigerator. The bathroom was tiny. We left after being there for 3 hrs and stayed at another hotel on the Island. We would never go to another Red Roof Inn and will tell everyone we know never to go to a Red Roof inn.

Started with terrible musty odor in room. Then realized heating system did not work. Overflow drain in bathtub almost completely rusted through. Bathroom exhaust fan very loud. We were offered offered another room but there was no heat in that room either. So we left the property after being there for 2 hrs and found another place to stay. We will never stay at any Red roof inn.

The room was disgusting. Spiders on the floor, bathroom was nasty, beds were nasty, smelled like urine and mildew. Literally would not shower , didn’t want to sleep in the beds but was so exhausted . Tried to get refund on the second night but was refused and so I just called it a loss and didn’t return. Went to a nice clean hotel elsewhere. Will never try to rebook there again.
