We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sea Pines. My family of six was able to stay comfortably with more than enough space for everyone. The host was accommodating and delightful to speak with. She responded to any questions promptly. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great Location!

Great location in the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head. Had a problem with the kitchen sink drain and couldn’t use that sink for our stay. Host was very apologetic and it didn’t ruin our trip. House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice property

Everything was as advertised except there was no barbeque grill which would have been helpful. I'm curious as to why in the listing it says there is an elevator? It's all one floor. There was a plumbing problem that was handled promptly. Thank you, Helen. Communication was great.

Comfortable Home

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, pet friendly home. The house is located in quiet neighborhood, and the beds are very comfortable. The property has a small yard and is right on a bike/walking path, so it was very convenient in terms of walking our dogs. The house has a lovely screened in porch which is a great place to sit and drink morning coffee. The home is well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our only suggestions would be to get some new bath towels and maybe touch up some of the paint, particularly in the hall area. The host promptly replied to any communications, and we would say at this property again.

spacious, comfortable, private

Great location. Very private, both outside and in! By that I mean that there was plenty of room for us to all have our space. There's an extensive bike/walking path in the community, and we found a place to rent bike that delivered them to the condo. There were some things I wished had been made more clear. For example, the listing mentions pool and exercise facility as available amenities, but they are both actually places ~2 miles away and require additional fees. I didn't know to bring beach towels, as other linens were included. The battery on the front door became low at some point. I made our hostess aware, but no one came to change it before we left. I was afraid we'd get locked out, but luckily it lasted. This was overall a very nice stay and much needed restful vacation for our family!

Excellent Rental

This is our second time starting at this house within Sea Pines. Hazel (the property owner) has been a pleasure to communicate with both times we have stayed. The house offered all the amenities we needed for our little family. The crib in the master bedroom was the perfect addition to keep our 2 year old safe during the night! Love that the property is dog friendly as well, our fur baby Cooper was able to come enjoy vacation with us! Will stay again for sure!

Wonderful home!

Our family spent Fathers' Day weekend at this comfortable home and we found it to be great! It was clean and well appointed with lots of windows and light. The location was perfect, and Hazel was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved this home

The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. People are friendly. It is a short drive to all entertainment. Loved the floor plan with enclosed courtyard for our dog. Beds were very comfortable so easy to get a good nights sleep.

Easy access, spacious. Could use some updates and a deep clean.

The space was good for our family. Nice location for what we like to do in Sea Pines. The grill was broken. The fridge needed cleaning, the water dispenser fixed and the water filter was old and molded. The overall place could use a deep clean. Enjoyed the screened in porch, but there is no place to sit outside except on the screened in porch. We were told it had a community pool but the pool is actually at south beach and you can buy a weekly pass to use. The owners were nice and told me they would get the problems fixed for the next renters.

Wonderful Property - Perfect for a Family Vacation

We rented this property for a family vacation including a 13 month old and our dog. The property was quietly located within the Sea Pines area. The property was clean and inviting. The crib in the master bedroom was an added bonus, our daughter had no issues going to sleep at night!

Short notice vacation

We booed this stay 3 days before arrival. The communication with the homeowner was a bit clunky at first. We received our entry code 15 minutes before the check in time. It was a bit unsettling due to the fact we had to take 2 flights to get there and felt like we might be homeless. Once we received the access instructions, the stay was great. The property owner was very kind and welcoming. The house was clean comfortable. The location was great. Sea Pines is a beautiful place.

Pleasant Peaceful Stay

The house is comfortably spacious with lots of large windows/sliding doors leading to a sunny courtyard. The Master Bedroom is very large and the bathrooms are all nicely renovated. The location is convenient and located in a lovely neighborhood. Hazel was a good communicator and we enjoyed our stay!

Great! Stay, great location!

Hazel is an excellent host and the house has a fantastic layout! The location in Sea pines is ideal, close to trails, and easy to get in and out. Central courtyard was a nice feature and so was the screened in back porch.

This is a house, so it’s spacious and comfortable with a beautiful furnished screened porch. The area is fantastic with a private beach access and plenty of trails through low country forest. Great restaurants and coffee shops. Very nice long weekend overall.
