Great location in Sea Pines

Centrally located in Sea Pines and easy to get to all of the major spots (Sea Pines Center, Harbortown, Beach Club, South Beach).

Fabulous Family Time

We and our 5 young adult children had a wonderful stay for a family vacation. Perfect location and just right size for all of us. Clan, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner were exceptionally helpful and would absolutely go back.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room in the shared areas, we loved having 4 bathrooms! The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook, we also used the grill several times. Overall a bright, clean, lovely home and perfect for our family vacation week. The owner is a very responsive and helpful communicator. I definitely recommend this property!

Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is rare you find a rental with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house was centrally located to different places in Sea Pines.

Excellent house and location!

We loved our stay! The house was so clean and organized!! It was perfect for my husband and me for the month of February. We had family visit on The weekends and the house was perfect for everyone!! Very comfortable beds and linens!! “Also, loved the quiet neighborhood!!

2024 vacation

Just want to say how much we enjoyed staying at Risa & Jonathan home. It was everything we wanted except for the weather( tropical storm Debby) our hosts kept us updated on any weather related reports and were gracious to offer us an extra day to make for the rain. I would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back.

Wonderful property and attentive guests

The property was perfect for our family of 8. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked well with items for cooking. The Selig’s were very attentive to our needs and are always quick to answer any questions that we have.

Exceeded our Expectations

Risa and Jonathan’s home was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Check-in process was simple. House was comfortable and roomy. The location was great. I really can’t find anything bad to say! If you get a chance to book the property, do it!

Easter 2024

The house was excellent, great location, accommodated all of us very nicely, we had an infant, three and five year old, a nannny and ther two of us. Would definateky recommend that property to others. Communicating with the owner was a breeze.

Vacation

My husband and I had both our parents and my aunt and uncle come to Hilton Head with us for the week. The house was amazing. We loved that the house had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We each had our own room and bathroom which is hard to find. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Family get-away

Overall the property is spacious and provides good gathering spaces for family. We loved the proximity to the community pool, and also the bike trails around Sea Pines were a very convenient way to get around. Having each room with its own bathroom gave everyone privacy and the house was fairly soundproof, which was nice since we had a baby with us. Overall it was a delightful stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Just Wonderful!

This house provided a wonderful vacation for my family. The property was well stocked, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect layout for our crew of 5 adults and 3 children. Our hosts, Risa and Jonathan made sure everything went smoothly...and it did! Risa was extremely kind and helpful throughout our planning process. We enjoyed all there was to do in Sea Pines, great location! I highly recommend this property!

A Very Pleasant Stay!

Had a very nice week at Risa and Jonathan's house. They were great to work with, and very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and comfortable. Liked that both of our families bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house for privacy. Great location, 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Great pool within walking distance!

Stupendous home/host

Have stayed in rentals in Sea Pines for almost 30 years and this was one of the best ever! The home was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were responsive almost immediately throughout the booking process. The house was exactly as described and is very well built and quiet and in a great subdivision with it's own pool and tennis/pickelball court. Can't wait to rent this home again!!

Perfect home for our group

Plenty of room for our family. We had 7 adults. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was so nice. Nice size dining tables and even a table in the family room to do a puzzle on! Loved having beach chairs at the house. And having them all the same color was great. We had more family with a home right on ocean and we left our chairs there but never doubted which ones were ours!

Very relaxing environment

Convenient and hassle free. House is located within the Sea Pines development and is about a 5 minute drive from Harbour Town. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Bike trails were conveniently located and pool is a 5 minute walk away. House was clean and all TV’s / appliances were in working order. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of room for everyone. Functioning gas grill on the back deck was an added bonus. No issues - no complaints.

Bright, spacious and in Seapines

This was the perfect house for us! It was my boyfriend and I, my two girls ( 22 and 24 ) and his two sons ( 16 and 21 ) plus a boyfriend and girlfriend for each of our oldest. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was GREAT! We all had privacy and it was all on one floor. This is definitely hard to find on HHI. The water pressure was very nice and the house stayed cool. We had a three story townhouse last year and the 2nd and 3rd floors were hot. This property stayed nice and cool! We hope to come back next year!

A delightful week with family!

We stayed at Risa’s and Jonathon’s house for a week in late March. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for our four adults and three teenagers. The home is in a quiet setting in Sea Pines, and the spaces in the house were separated and quiet too. It was well-equipped for meals, family gathering, and for watching women’s and men’s March Madness basketball games. There was even a bike rack for our rental bicycles. The listing pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Booking, arrival, our stay and departure were all seamless and easy. It was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed it – the beach, the shops and restaurants in and out of Sea Pines, the walks in the nature preserve, and all the other activities made for a great week.

This well appointed house is great for family gatherings. The four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms made it easy for a multigenerational vacation.

Great Layout; Perfect for Family Vacation on HHI

This is a great property. Four bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, and a large commons area. The kitchen is also well stocked, which is really helpful if you’re planning on preparing several meals while on vacation. The property owners are super-responsive and we really enjoyed our time.

Perfect vacation home for a larger family

House is a great size with a bathroom for each bedroom. Large dining areas as well. Large deck was a great place to relax. Communication with owners and check in was great. Would stay here again!
