The place was perfect. Super clean, well laid out. It’s a tree house on Deer Island, which is what we always want. Secluded from constant traffic, animals everywhere. Garbage is easy to get to, laundry room is convenient, a 7 minute walk to the trolley that takes you to the beach. Kitchen is set up well, and well stocked with pots and pans. Life is hectic, this place turned my stress level to zero. Thank you, Meredith!

What a great place! Very peaceful and relaxing, but also very close to Harbour Town, with many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

This treehouse is so magical! It’s our second year & we already booked next year. Meredith is very responsive. The house is great for our family- easy & big kitchen, dishwasher (some treehouses don’t have one), spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a great place for all- but especially if you have kids- it’s amazing. It’s unlike anything else. Deer Island itself is private yet at the same time close to everything in Harbor Town. Just book it! You won’t regret it.

Our family LOVED this property! It was great to be somewhere tht felt like it was completely removed from life but was actually just a short walk away from all of the ammenities in Harbourtown. We loved feeling like we were in a treehouse. Our boys loved the hammock swings and visiting with the deer. We loved the very comfy beds and plush linens, the beautifully decorated space and unique design. We hope to be back very soon!

The place is adorable and clean. Its location next to Harbor Town cannot be beat. We loved seeing the deer and raccoons in the evening. We will definitely be back!

Overall a great experience. Beds were super comfy! Updates on the place were very nice. Only real considerations would be updating pans, upgrading toilet paper and there were a handful of dishes that had some caked on food. Overall, impressed with the property.

Property Manager is amazing with communication, allowed me to ship a last minute anniversary gift to address! The tree house was clean, and kitchen was stocked with necessities. The bedding was SO comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching a family of deer visit us each evening and morning. Walkable to many spots in Sea Pines and accessible bike trails for a perfect 1 year anniversary celebration. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us!

There were so many things this little space cannot hold all the information I’d love to give out there’s a $20 a week fee to get into the plantation and all the property people that we spoke to our Mo there no one ever charged the people but this property did charge the people and then and it was never said so when we got there, we were unprepared, and then when we did open the door, the place was filthy dirty Not even a dish cloth one dish towel see, both sinks leaked and her way she fix it was broke off a plastic knife and put it in the drain. That’s only a small portion of what our experience was.

It was a very quiet place to stay. We saw so much wild life. The deer were everywhere. The treehouse was very clean and extremely comfortable! We recommend to anyone.

The home was lovely. My daughter and I go every year and look forward to our time. The updates were great, and we were very comfortable. The downside was that we couldn't get the wifi to work. The property manager said we had the right network and password, but it never connected, and there wasn't an offer to extend any more help. The pool was closed for repairs, so we had to pay $160 for a resort pass to another pool outside Sea Pines. The property manager said there was a public pool by the Tiki Hut, but no one else could confirm this, and the only pool we saw next to the Tiki Hut was a private resort pool. Despite these disappointments, the trip was nice. We love Deer Island and the treehouse homes, and everything else was comfortable. We would stay here again.

This was our second time at this property. We loved being in the wooded area and seeing lots of deer. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to several nearby restaurants. Meredith was helpful and we hope to rent this property again.

As usual we thoroughly enjoy the privacy that the sea lofts offer and yet be close to the activities of Harbour Town and the bicycle paths. Feeding of the deer near 5;00 each night is a bonus of connecting with nature—which we always value! Looking forward to our next time😀

Outside of the deck needing a power wash and the few cobwebs in the rafters, this place was perfect! Nice upgraded interior with new appliances. Very great location if you’re staying on HHI!
