Es war eine tolle Woche in einem wunderschönen Haus! Der Check-in hat wunderbar funktioniert, obwohl wir zu spät angereist sind. Unsere Fahrzeugpässe lagen im Aussensafe des Büros zur Abholung bereit. Büros ist 3 Min. von der Analage (Shipyard) entfernt. Es wird von nichts zu viel versprochen. Das Haus ist für sein Alter in einem guten Zustand und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Sauberkeit war exzellent. Der Pool ist perfekt für jung und alt und die Veranda lädt zum gemütlichen Genuss des abendlichen Ausklangs ein. Der Strand ist am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und für Anwohner stehen in Strandähe Parkplätze zur Verfügung (Fahrezugpass nicht vergessen!). Die gesamte Shipyard Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Kompliment an das Island-Getaway-Team, die Kommunikation war absolut freundlich, kompetent und schnell.

Favorite Place

Out of the 20 years we have been coming to Hilton Head, this has been the cleanest, nicest, most enjoyable place we have stayed! I would highly recommend this place.

Vacation 2023

House was spacious and as described. All 6 of the kids (ranging from ages 15- to 4) loved the private pool. Having beach access within Shipyard was a huge plus!

Perfect home in an ideal location

We enjoyed a fantastic week in this ideal home. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. The check in process was seamless. The location is ideal. I highly recommend it and would return.

Family Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at this property. We rented bikes and had a short ride to the beach each day. We were also walking distance to the Shipyard Golf Courses which we played during our stay. The house's kitchen was well stocked with items that we used during our stay. The pool was great. The pool maintenance team was out twice during our stay to clean the pool, which was also nice. We would come back again.

Nice property with a beautiful view.

Our family immensely enjoyed the private pool and the many amenities found in Shipyard. The home was comfortable and has a good kitchen with many cooking utensils. We loved our stay.

Perfect getaway!

Great location with easy bike ride to the beach or around the golf course. House was very clean and full of amenities. Enjoyed the pool, cooking/grilling, and reading/playing games in the screened in porch. Excellent time had by all!!

Best Vacaty

When we arrived in Hilton Head, we had made prior arrangements for a week-long stay at a condo. That reservation inconveniently fell through at the last minute related to circumstances beyond our control. I immediately contacted VRBO and the company was able to get us in to this home without any hiccups! We were vacationing in this home in record time with no stress! It's been the very best vacation and you guys were fantastic in making this happen!!

Best Slice of Heaven

The home was beautiful. The rooms were spacious fir 10 people comfortably. The pool was excellent. Kids swam all day. Best vacation beach home ever!

Great place to Isolate!!

We had a great time relaxing and “isolating” in HH! We enjoyed the pool and the space the house provided! The owners were great to deal with and responded quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home in a great location!

Our family of 7 adults and 2 babies had a wonderful week staying in your lovely home! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool! The Carolina room was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee and then wind down in the evenings. We rented bikes and rode to the beach and to nearby restaurants. The location of this property is really good! Kelly was a wonderful host and so accessible! I would highly recommend a “Slice of Heaven “ for your next family vacation:)😎

Relaxing Stay

For a couple of snowbirds, Just Our Slice of Heaven, was perfect. It was a beautiful home and neighborhood. We enjoyed many days sitting by the pool, enjoying the backyeard and watching golfers. Kelly was a gem to work with. I look forward to a return visit. I would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful Getaway

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood making our stay very peaceful. The home is decorated well and has every utensil and kitchen item you may need, including a second set of plates (perfect for feeding a lot of hungry mouths). The pool is the perfect size for the number of people staying in the home. There are plenty of pool floats and games for everyone to enjoy. Kelly is very prompt when it comes to communication and a pleasure to work with.

Best "Home Away from Home" Ever!

We have never stayed in a home that was more beautiful or better equipped than this one. It felt like staying with a friend who is a wonderful hostess! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and then some! The decor is fresh, beautiful and so comfortable. Tons of room for a large group, fabulous pristine pool. It was so hard to leave and we cannot wait to go back! The beds and linens were like a fine hotel. The kitchen was chef worthy. There was room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, to gather, play games, nap and relax. The location is wonderful, with easy beach access, great area for bike riding, so many options for dining and shopping right around the corner. I would highly recommend this home to everyone!

Wonderful home! Great location!

This was our first trip to HHI and definitely won’t be our last. We have rented many homes in different states without issues, but this home HIGHLY EXCEEDED our expectations. From the minute we drove down the street lined with the beautiful Spanish moss oak trees till we walked into the house our jaws were dropped open. Kelly was quick with replies to questions and her house was already stocked with almost everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. All of us enjoyed our time at the home and wouldn’t hesitate to book this home again. Thank you Kelly for opening your home to us.

Absolutely perfection

This house is truly “a slice of heaven “! Immaculately clean, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings-you will not be disappointed in this fabulous Hilton Head home. Kelly is a dream to work with, very responsive and greeted us with a bottle of wine! Everything you need for fun in the sun-in the pool or at the beach -is included.
