Well equipped house. Rooms are generously sized. Great location, easily bike to restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent with quick responses to questions etc. My family really enjoyed our stay.

The house was everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone. It was a quick walk to lighthouse and a quick trolly ride to the beach club. We will be back!

Fantastic Property & Hosts

We had a great experience staying here over the Memorial Day weekend. The property is as advertised - spacious, clean, and centrally located within the Sea Pines resort community. Our hosts were also very professional and responsive. It was a seamless experience with no disappointments or pain points from start to finish. Highly recommend for family get togethers. 5 stars

Beautiful property in a great location

Linda and Jay thought of everything- the house is beautiful and very well equipped. We loved the location close to Harbourtown. We received prompt responses to any questions, and the whole process was super seamless. Highly recommend for anyone, particularly for families with kids or larger groups

First time to vacation at Hilton Head

Being our first time to vacation at Hilton Head, we could not have been more pleased with our visit. The house and location were perfect. Linda and Jay could not have been more accommodating for anything that was needed. We would highly recommend staying here or any of their properties.

Spring Break Family Trip

We have been coming to HHI specifically Sea Pines for 8 years. We love the close proximity to Harbour Town and the ease of anyone in our party of 11 to be able to walk or bike back and forth. The house is clean and updated. The kids loved the pool and the relaxing backyard feel of quietness. A heated pool coming from the Midwest is a must for us. Lastly the property management company with Linda and Jay is top notch. The best communication and ease of checking in and out that we have ever experienced.

We had an amazing stay at Fairway Oasis. The pool was a hit with the whole family, and it was perfect being together in one home. The home itself was beautiful making our stay truly memorable. Linda and Jay, the property managers, were so helpful and when contacted they replied immediately.

Great Stay on HHI

This is an outstanding property which was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Property managers Linda and Jay from Beachside Hilton Head Island made the entire process a breeze. Communication with them was excellent and responses to questions were always timely. Property itself is on a quiet dead end street within easy walking distance of Harbour Town. Everything was as advertised. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House for the Best Vacation!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this house and our vacation. We could not have asked for anything better! The house very comfortably holds 10 guests (and more). Each couple had their own room, beds were super comfortable, 3 rooms had their own bathroom, and 2 rooms shared a bathroom, and then there was a half bath. Kitchen was awesome! Tons of room for all of us to get around, stocked with everything you could think of, even had a blender so we made some frozen daiquiris for the pool! Large kitchen table to eat at or play cards. Living room was very spacious and comfortably sat 8 adults. The pool and hot tub were perfect! We sat out each morning and after golf. Easy to use grill for outdoor cooking. We walked into Harbour Town several times, took us about 8 minutes. We also had rented bikes and rode them into town and to the beach, parked them at the Sea Pines Beach Resort (about a 12 min ride). The Beach Resort is beautiful, nice area to sit at and look at the ocean, nice restaurant. And of course we were at the ocean, so you can walk the beach or ride the surf. Restaurants in town are great! Ubers were pretty easy to get, although I would advise to reserve them first. Property managers (Linda and Jay) were super kind and easy to reach and were very helpful with everything we needed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we will be back for sure! One of my favorite vacations!!

Amazing house and owners

We had a wonderful experience at this house. We had guest from children to grandparents. The location was amazing- close to harbourtown with a a beautiful view of the golf course and pool. The owners were wonderful- great communication and updates. They made everything so easy. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Sea Pines area.

This was a lovely property that was well managed and well equipped. It was great for our large family group. Close to Harbor Town which is great. A bir of a haul to the ocean but still doable. We loved our stay here!

Hilton Head Family vacation 2023

House was absolutely amazing!! It fit our family perfectly. The location was fabulous and had so many great amenities. The kitchen was stocked well and had plenty of room for our nightly dinners. The pool was great after a day at the beach and the jacuzzi made the nights fun to relax after a busy day exploring. Check in process was simple and easy. Great communication with host. They were amazing!! Made our family vacation easy and fun!! We can’t wait to visit again!! Highly recommend the this home. Views of the golf course were stunning!!! Felt like we were right at home!!

Enjoyable Stay

We had 6 couples, one teenager and two little ones and all enjoyed our stay at Fairways! First, our hosts were exceptional in all areas!! They helped us rent bikes and beach chairs that were at the house upon our arrival. We had on issue with a bike lock and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Very easy to text them and receive answers quickly! I highly recommend booking with Linda and Jay! Thank you!

Great space and location for large family

This property had everything we needed to be comfortable as a large family. Space to be together and areas to have some quiet. The location was great. Linda and Jay touched base and responded quickly throughout so we didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend.

Family Christmas

Our stay was very pleasurable. The home was very clean, accommodating, and the neighborhood was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much, due to the weather we were not able to enjoy it as much as we liked. The communication from the owners were wonderful and very communicative. The only negative I would say is the lack of sheets in the home and garbage bags available.
