My two middle aged sisters and I stayed one week from April 27 to May 4. Excellent service! we called about two small problems, and someone was sent out immediately. The large deck was our special favorite. Suggested improvements - UMBRELLAS at the pool. One of my sisters has skin cancer on her nose. We noticed other buildings with their own pools had provided umbrellas at the pool, but the pool for this condo did not have umbrellas in the pool area. the pool was quite warm like a bath. We would have liked the pool to be cooler for a more refreshing pool experience. We struggled to watch movies on Amazon Prime and Netflix. We wanted to use our own passwords, but we could find no specific directions for how to operate the TV and access movies on Prime and Netflix. Finally, check out time was at ten o'clock AM on Saturday morning. My sister came back from emptying the trash in the chute and when she used the code on the door, she realized she was locked out. It was one minute past ten AM. Because two of us were still in the condo, preparing to take our luggage down to the car, we were able to let in my sister so two of us could take luggage to the car while the third person made sure the door did not lock behind us. Please inform your guests on the checkout sheet that the door lock code will change promptly at 10 AM on check out day. Prompt checkout time is a reasonable expectation . However, it would be courteous to guests to warn about the locks changing at ten AM .
