We loved this house! We stay on North Forest Beach every year for the last 13 years at different houses and this was one of the best. There were more things in the house than what it showed online so we were thrilled to find beach chairs, wagons, and toys. Thanks for the great stay!

Fabulous Beach House

We had 10 people - 5 adults and 5 children ages 4 - 12. The house is a one minute easy walk to the beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has comfortable beds and an excellent setup. The folks were super responsive when we had questions and they were eager to solve the little issues we had (like codes for doors, etc.) The pool area is nice - if we had had more children, it might the pool might have been a little small, but it was great for us! Excellent! Thank you!

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed staying here. The house and pool are in great condition and gave us plenty of space to relax. Beach access is perfect and the house is conveniently located within walking/biking distance to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. They were quick to respond when we found the grill was not operational and overall, communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous stay! Close to so many things!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! It’s beautiful and very spacious. The house is so well laid out with a very large community space on the main level and upstairs. The pool heat and spa were well worth it. This house is steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants. We were here for a winter getaway from Charleston but think this would make for a great summer stay as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Family vacation

The house was great. We had 4 families so each couple got a king size bedroom and the 8 kids used the bunk room and double bedroom. The extra living area upstairs was great for the kids. The main living area and dining area was able to easily accommodate the entire group. It was a very short walk to the beach and nice that they had big, nice beach towels for their guests. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of beach chairs, wagons, and toys. It was really nice to be able to walk to Coligny plaza and even to the wonderful park for kids. The pool was small but still nice. The house and furniture is well maintained.

Great house

The house was well stocked for both cooking and beach equipment. AC worked great and we had no issues at all. Great location, very close to beach. Management was very responsive and great to work with, Juliette was very helpful. If we come back to Hilton Head again we would certainly look at this house

Great Hilton Head Option

We very much enjoyed our stay last week and highly recommend 15 Flamingo if you are looking for multiple King bedrooms and room to spread out. Two large dining areas made it easy to all gather together for meals and conversations. Beautifully decorated with beach theme throughout. Lovely pool and hot tub were used throughout our stay. Very clean and well maintained! Thanks for a great stay!

Another great stay!

This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at the fabulous Flamingo Street house. We had 3 generations of family with us again this year and we couldn't have been more comfortable or happier with the accommodations. Juliette, the property manager, arrived to greet us on the first day and was available if we needed her (no issues arose, however). The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. We love the layout of the house as it is perfect for large family group gatherings -- plenty of places to sit, eat, do puzzles, etc. (we were there in the winter so it's nice to have space indoors on the cold days!). The beach is a short walk away as is Coligny Plaza. We highly recommend this house and Juliette!

Excellent Family Vacation

My family has been coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years and have stayed in a lot of locations. This location and property was absolutely perfect! Checked all of the boxes for being close to the beach, close to Coligny, enough space to spread out (13 of us), and excellent amenities. The owner and property management were great to work with and the few issues were responded to quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent property close to the Beach!

We had family from three states converging on Hilton Head for a mini-reunion. Minor communication issue initially with the property manager but ultimately, inconsequential! House was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Pop-a-shot in the garage was a big hit. Icemaker and fridge just outside the pool entrance was super convenient. Pool and hot tub used often as well as grill. Very close to Coligny Plaza. Would stay again!

Beautiful home and great location

Beautiful home located close to the Beach and Coligny Plaza. 8 Adults and 8 kids stayed and we were extremely comfortable with plenty of room to enjoy privacy. Kitchen is very well equipped and pictures on the website are very accurate. Would highly recommend this home.

Amazing house!

This house was just prefect for our group of 8 adults and 8 kids. We had plenty of space and the kids loved having the bunk room. The pool was great and so close to the ocean! Will definitely book when heading to Hilton Head again.

Amazing home with many extras!

Wonderful house with many extras including pool fridge, ice maker, and pool side bathroom. The extra living area with TV was great for the kids as well as the bunk area. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and plan to book this house again!

Hilton Head Golf Trip

Stayed at Flamingo first week of May. We have been doing golf trips for 25 years and this is one of best places we have ever stayed. The place is super clean and has tons of room with everything you could possibly need. The location could have not been better. Check was easy and the property manager was great checking to make sure everything was perfect….

Wonderful week

We come to the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head every year but this was our first time staying at 15 Flamingo. It exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful in person than photos! The kitchen was well stocked, the house was spotless on arrival, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The games in the garage/basement were an unexpected perk! We love 15 Flamingo and would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Beach House

We stayed a week with 4 kids and 6 adults. Property and location is fantastic. The house was very well stocked with everything you need from beach chairs to cooking utensils. The kids enjoyed the corn hole and ping pong table when the weather was chilly. The house is just steps from the ocean. We have zero complaints and would love to stay here again!

Perfect Week in HH

The house was absolutely beautiful with every amenity you might need. Communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. The location was perfect- close to the beach and close to Coligny. Best place we have stayed on HHI.

FANTASY

Wow, this rental will always be a special memory. My 70th bday with 8 adults and 10 grandchildren age 15 months-9 yrs old, this was a perfect property. Our vacation was flawless. Can’t convey how awesome, the house and manager make your stay so easy. Lots of space &amenities to make such a positive/ wonderful vacation. This house and beach will always make us smile!!!
