It was perfect. Honestly it was the little things that made it great…plenty of toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, laundry detergent, hand soap, plenty of towels, explanations for devices,..it felt like home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Linda’s home—it was a great fit for the size of our group. The house was very clean, and both Linda and her husband were very responsive whenever we had questions.One suggestion would be to include a few more cleaning supplies, such as multi-surface cleaners and paper towels. Also, beach towels were not provided, so be sure to bring your own if you’re planning a beach trip.Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Felt Like Home

All six of us adults plus two small dogs enjoyed the home so much. The kids asked for a relaxing low key vacation and this was the perfect spot and home. We rode bikes to different beaches, the ruins, to Harbor Town, and to Sea Pine stores. There were ample cooking supplies and space for meals, some spices. a very clean grill, and even two refrigerators. The decor was very nice and comfortable making us all feel at home. We loved sitting on the deck and watching small gators and turtles sunbath alone with several species of birds. We enjoyed the fenced in front yard for the dogs to have some outside time with us. The doggie bowl and treats were a sweet special treat. The communication with owners was superb. The informative text, videos, and ease to ask questions was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and if not available would book something from this group only.

Perfect location for family vacationing!!

Perfect location and accommodations for our large family of 12 (6 adults/4 children/2 toddlers); Plenty of space for relaxing and/or preparing and enjoying meals; Adequate privacy for sleeping and/or personal time (bathrooms located in each bedroom plus one in hallway). Enjoy the luxury of extra spacing by the pool (gated), back deck and sunroom along with immediate access to biking paths with beach access, shopping and dining locations 10-15 minutes away; Very safe and quite neighborhood away from mainstream traffic. Looking for a fully accommodated, hassle-free vacation, this is your location!!

Amazing property in Sea Pines.

The house was fantastic. Plenty of rooms for the eight people in my party. Having a pool was a first for my 6th trip to HHI. Now it is a must for future stays. Walking distance to Harbor Town was really nice. A Publix right in Sea Pines was convenient for quick grocery runs.

Coastal Chic

We had our family vacation at Coastal Chic, and I will say, we had a fantastic time! Check in was simple, the house was wonderful! We were a group of 10 with 4 kids ranging in age from 3-14. There were so many places to gather in this house as well as a few if you needed some solitude. The pool was great ; we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. I highly recommend booking this house, you won’t regret it!

Coastal Chic lived up to the name

Wonderful house for the whole family. Large eat-in kitchen and dining room were plentiful. Living room was just right. Bunk room was great for the four and nine year olds. Queen rooms masters were excellent. King master was amazing, the closet was a perfect “bedroom” for our toddler…it was dark, quiet, and away from noise coming from the rest of the house. Our family loved having ensuites in all the rooms, no fighting over toilet and shower time. The pool was spectacular! It got the right amount of sun and shade throughout the day. We love Sea Pines and hope to return to Coastal Chic on our next visit to HHI. Thanks Linda and Jay for your hospitality.

Fantastic vacation for teenage boys.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which was perfect for us, our teenage boys and their friend, and our family pup. The proximity to the leisure trail allowed the boys to bike easily to all the action - Harbor Town, the beach, and fantastic food - without us worrying about their safety. Morning walks with the dog were the perfect way to start the day before the set in and the pool gave us a fantastic place to cool off from all our activities. The proximity to the trolley is also a huge plus. The check in process was seamless and communication with the property manager was outstanding. Can't recommend this property enough.

Great Sea Pines Vacation Stay!

We had another wonderful week visiting Hilton Head and the house we rented, Coastal Chic was top notch! Fantastic location, plenty of room for a family of five with 2 20 something kids and a dog. Pool was great! Beachside management was top notch as well. Linda and Jay were always responsive, pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend staying at this house!

Family retreat

This house felt like home for our family. We’re all busy adults, and having a place that we could connect and be a family again meant so much to me. The house is situated perfectly on SeaPines. It’s elegant yet comfortable. There are so many spaces that we could use to gather. The pool was amazing! The master bedroom has a Serta sleeper that my husband and I loved. The kitchen was a dream and we had several meals at the house because it was nicer than eating out. My daughter was able to bring her small dogs and they loved it, as well. We’re hoping to book it again soon but it’s a busy rental! The management company was awesome. Check out was simple and our entire stay was memorable.

Memories for a Lifetime!

We chose to go on a family vacation to Hilton Head Island. Next came the search for a large enough home for four children under 7 and six adults. This home was absolutely perfect for all of us. The layout was great. There were so many areas to sit and relax in the morning and evening. We chose different sitting areas for meals and games each day. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was even a sofa sleeper in the beautiful sun room. We loved having the pool (we paid for it to be heated and we are glad we did). We used it every day. The location is perfect. We ordered bikes and used them a lot. They were delivered and picked up right from the home. Everything was convenient and well managed. Any concerns or questions were answered immediately. The home has such a nice coastal vibe and is so nicely decorated. As our seven year old grandson said as we were leaving, ‘This was a great vacation!’ and it was.

Family Christmas

My husband, adult daughters and I have rented many vacations rentals over the years’ and Coastal Chic is by far the best. This house had it all. Fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas and bedrooms for everyone with private on-suite bath. This house also has two enclosed patio areas with lots of comfortable seating. My mother and brother-in-law also joined us for our Christmas stay on Hilton Head Island and they too can’t wait to return. Our stay at Coastal Chic will be a fond holiday memory. Thank you!!!

Great House

Great location close to Harbortown and Sea Pines shopping center. 2.5 mile bike to beach. Close to clay pickleball courts. House is clean and well stocked. Each bedroom has its own bathroom plus a hall half bath. Beds are comfortable. Pool is a nice size. Rental company is super responsive. Will rent again.

Amazing place

It is nestled in a very convenient area in Sea Pines. Getting the parking pass outside of the property works perfectly! Lots of space including many spaces for privacy. The pool is awesome! Kitchen is large and fully stocked. Having beach towels provided helps with less packing. Starter packs help to enjoy the space right away. 2 refrigerators- one for drinks and 1 for food really helps too. The contract states no dogs. But the definitely have been dogs. The doors are scratched up by dogs and unfortunately our bed and bench at the end of the bed was full of dog hair. We did not notice this until we went to bed. Luckily new sheets were provided the next day. Note: the contract says no dogs but the listing says they are ok. If you are allergic, just know dogs are there, I clueing a dog bed and bowls in the laundry room. All in all, super nice place. Spacious and perfect location. My boys loved playing golf every day. My friend and I loved walks in the morning, beach during the day and pool in the evenings. We’d stay again.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful and has the capacity to fit a larger family vacationing together, which we were. All of the rooms were great though the master bedroom was spectacular! Pool was definitely an added benefit that the kids loved. The property managers were lovely and very easily accessible. The fact that our dog was able to vacation with us just made the experience all that much better. Would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to go back!

The management company was excellent from the initial rental to the checkout. It is a nice house, but could use a few updates. We loved the pool and the enclosed sunroom, but each morning we gathered in the small screened in porch for coffee and conversation. Great neighborhood, but we loved checking on the lagoon alligator who surfaced periodically and the number of bird species we saw. Location is close to shopping and Harbourtown. The house had ample storage space for groceries. We were a family of five adults.

Amazing Dog Friendly House

We absolutely loved staying here! We traveled with 2 dogs and four boys and a girl who are high school/college age. The house was perfect to bring our dogs with all kinds of gates and fences outside. The outdoor spaces from the pool, Carolina room, deck, an screened in porch were great for all of us to spread out. It was a easy to ride bikes to the beach. The house was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The great room was awesome to watch movies together on the sectional . The pool has sun and the best chairs. We booked again for next year. This property is well managed clean and the one fan we could not get to work and they came immediately and fixed.

wonderful stay

The house's lay out was perfect for a family of 10. There was space for quiet reading in the sun room, movies in the living room and games in the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it was easy for several of us to work in. There were even two refrigerators! This was the best house we have rented for our varying family needs. We would have liked it closer to the ocean, but it was very close to Harbor town.
