Overall had a great experience at this property. Faith was responsive to messages and check in was easy.As others have said, this is super close to the beach, is very clean, and has easy access to all that HHI has to offer.The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 (and I’m surprised this hasn’t been mentioned in other reviews) is the bunk bed situation in the secondary bedroom. The top level of the bunk, where we intended for my young son to sleep, is precariously close to the ceiling fan. We decided that it was safer for him to sleep with me on the lower level as we planned on running the fan at night. Even still, one day the fan was running in the room and my son decided to climb the ladder to the top bunk and was hit in the head by the fan 3/4 of the way up the ladder. Luckily he was not seriously injured. The owner should reconsider this configuration or do away with the bunk bed altogether before someone does get seriously injured.

Great location, responsiveness of host was very timely and helpful. The unit was nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee pot was a combination keurig, but not super easy to use and not great if you’re brewing a pot of coffee. The floors were not as clean as I would’ve liked upon arrival. There were TV’s in the second bedroom and the living room, but not the master, which I found odd. There is a shareable washer and dryer for the units that requires quarters, and the washer was broken, which was frustrating. However, we were still able to use one on the third floor. There is a nice pool, which my children enjoyed and the access to the beach is great.

10/10 Condo is well furnished and comfortable (even for a family of 5)! Easy access to beach and walkable to shops, grocery and dining. We loved the area! We would definitely stay here again.

As always, this property never disappoints! We had excellent communication with the property owner and she is always very easy to reach if you have a question or an issue arises. You cannot get a condo any more clean or convenient. Everything you might need for cooking is handy and she even leaves some complimentary toiletries. We love the small complex and even though it’s near coligny, it makes for a very family friendly, low key environment with easy beach access. We hope to visit again!

Fantastic location!

We loved being steps from the beach and just a short walk from many shops and restaurants. Overall the condo was exceptionally clean and decor has been updated. The selection of beach accessories and wagon were greatly appreciated.

King tide - a most excellent beach stay

Truly the Perfect Beach Getaway. Watched sunrise on the beach every morning. Enjoyed riding miles on the beach and around Coligny Beach with the cute bikes provided. King ride was incredible with 10 foot swings. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the music from the Tiki Hut every night (and visited the Hut a couple of times). Could not have asked for a better beach experience! We will definely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Beachwood Condos in Hilton Head! The unit was spotless, in a perfect central location, and just a short walk to Coligny Park and the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Couldn’t recommend it more – we’ll definitely be back!

Great owner, great stay!

The location of the property was so convenient to do most of what we do on Hilton Head. Although not directly facing the ocean, the balcony view included palm trees and the ocean some 100 yards away. Coligny was an easy walk. This recently renovated beauty had all the added touches, including 2 bikes and several beach chairs for use during our stay. The most impressive part was the responsiveness of Faith, the owner. She is likely the best VRBO owner I have encountered. Several small issues were dealt with quickly and pleasantly. She went above and beyond what was necessary to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect Spring Break

Can’t say enough great things about this stay. You can’t get closer to the beach, merely steps away at all times. The unit was as it appeared in photos & was a great size for my family of 3. 4 would have been fine as well. We made great use of the bicycles to head to Coligny plaza for shopping & meals every day or took off to the playground for our son to play. The poolside picnic grill made for some fun lunches. Miss Faith was quick to respond to any question. Absolutely recommend & we plan on staying again as soon as we’re able to get back to HHI.

Time for a reset

We were looking for a place to give our family a nice reset from school. The place was beautiful and looked exactly like photos posted. It was well stocked with kitchen needs (containers, K-Cups, dish soap, foil, etc), there were things for both kids (coloring books, books, big legos, small toys) and even had beach gear and wagon to use! It helped us travel to the beach with our small one and our bigger one. We loved the stay and would highly recommend!

Great family vacation!

We had the best spring break in this unit. Perfectly located and it fit our family of five perfectly. The bikes and beach wagon, along with beach toys and chairs, were especially nice features. Faith was very responsive and the laundry was always empty when we wanted to throw in a load. We'd stay here again!

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay. The condo was great proximity to the beach and we walked to dinner every night. Clean and very family welcoming. There were books, toys, crayons, and games. Faith has ample beach accessories and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. She was very responsive and offered many great attractions to visit for the kids.
