Our experience at this property was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained everything was. The attention to detail made such a difference — from the thoughtfully stocked kitchen to the cozy furnishings that made us feel right at home.The location is ideal. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access. It created the perfect setting for a memorable stay.The host deserves special mention for their professionalism and hospitality. Communication was prompt and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were effortless. We felt genuinely cared for as guests.This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Our 50th anniversary celebration

A truly phenomenal property. Extremely well laid out to accommodate our family of 18. Beautifully appointed with no detail left undone. Property owner checked in twice to see how we were doing which we have never experienced in our 10 plus years of renting homes. Priperty manager was attentive and so very helpful. Beautiful pool, fantastic views of the beach, great outdoor seating . A truly awesome vacation home that we would highly recommend. We will.be back!

This home is unbelievably beautiful. Fully equipped and luxurious. Our family loved everything about it, including location. Having a private beach was great with all of our young children. In a Class by Itself

We have stayed at many VRBO properties but this is truly in a class all alone. The house is in excellent condition, has many amenities. Bocce ball, beach toys, ping pong table, TV's everywhere, comfortable furniture, 2 dishwashers (can't believe how handy they both are until you are here) and plenty of dish/cookware and towels. Communication with the owner and manager was easy and attentive. We received welcome gifts and thank you notes which were so very thoughtful. Easy beach access. We have two handicapped adults who were able to make the beach and fantastic walk in swimming pool every day. We have been going to Kiawah Island for 15 years but really like how many more Hilton Head restaurant, store, pickleball, biking and golf options there are. Never felt crowded as we are big on staying on property most of the time. Out of 20 vacation rentals this is the only time we have booked our next trip at this location prior to leaving. Counting the days until we return. Book NOW!!! You won't regret it.

Perfect 10 Lives Up to its Name!

Our family finds a new destination annually to enjoy during the holiday season & this house blew every other one away by far! This house truly is a perfect 10! Many homes say they are fully stocked, but this is the 1st one that had everything we needed and more! From ample towels for every guest to more large & small appliances & cookware in the kitchen than our family could ever need - it was so nice to have everything at our fingertips & not have to improvise w/ what we had even once! When we arrived at the home, we were greeted with an easy key code entry & gourmet cookies and wine! Shortly after our arrival, the owners called to check in and make sure everything was in good order - excellent service! This home is gorgeous and clean. We enjoyed spreading out among the 4 king bedrooms (each with a view, en suite and walk in closet to unpack in), the children’s bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, the double room, the media room, and the office (every single room had an en-suite and was beautifully furnished with comfortable linens). The elevator made accessing the bottom floor - garage/playroom and the first and second living floors very easy, even for our older parents! Such a convenient amenity especially when checking in and out and when getting in with groceries. Our whole family enjoyed the bikes that were available for use all day every day! And finally - the views and the beach - simply indescribable and incomparable. You have to experience it for yourself!

Perfect 10 indeed! Just gorgeous.

With some major life events under my family's belts - some great and some not so great - it was time for a family reunion to celebrate our resilience and milestones. We've stayed at many high-end beach homes but this property is the best by many miles. Everything about the home is impressive right down to the kitchen utensils! The high ceilings throughout the home had a beautiful feel and nearly every bedroom had balcony access. The furnishings are very comfortable. We slept very well! The house was obviously built with great care and and is a loving homage to Hilton Head Island. Not a detail was overlooked, not a single point of failure and it was so nice to have an elevator for my dad. I love that there were showers that are friendly for those who have mobility issues. The staff was incredibly communicative as well. The views cannot be beat. My mother sat on the balcony for hours at a time watching the waves. The kids loved the pool and variety of pool toys. Plenty of pull carts if you want to bring anything to the beach. Beach chair and bike service is a must have and the private beach access was amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The whole point was to make beautiful memories together and we accomplished that and more. Thank you, Roger and family for opening up your perfect 10 home to us. We will be back.

Gathering Place -

we walked on the beach every morning, did some light touring during the day and came together every night taking turns cooking a dinner then retired to the great room to share stories and cheer on sports teams. the house is a perfect gathering place - plenty of room to spend time with the folks you care about.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We arrived from all over the country: California, Colorado, Tennessee. Our age ranges were from 2-81 years old. We had a fantastic time with this house. We’ve been coming to HHI since 2013, and we all agree this was our favorite house. The highlights were the beach equipment, kids bunk room, and good lighting/seating for Seniors. The only real shortcoming was two in our party had to stay on a pull-out couch, but the room it was in was nice and spacious. We plan to stay again next year!

Great location, rode the bikes everyday to everywhere including 16 miles on the beach. Pool was amazing, views of the dolphins swimming by from the patios didn’t suck daily.

WOW!

We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years and have stayed in many nice houses and condos, but none of them come anywhere close to Perfect 10. The attention to detail is amazing and the amenities and services are top-notch. Incredible ocean views from almost every room and the house is furnished with everything we could ever need, and more. When we walked in the front door our jaws dropped...we thought we had found paradise! The house is SO close to everything, but since it is on a private street with private beach access, we felt like we were at a secluded 6-star resort. We plan to make Perfect 10 an annual tradition for many years to come.

Perfect in every way!!

Fabulous home to rent in an excellent location where you can listen to the waves and watch dolphins playing in the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed, pool and hot tub along with the beach helped us create great memories we will cherish.

Perfect home for the Christmas Family Holiday!

10 Seahawk had everything needed to make our multi generational family Christmas holiday perfect! From elevators for the elders, beautiful sand beaches for the little to bikes and location to shopping and food for the teens. The house is in beautiful shape with all the amenities needed to cook for our group. 3 grocery stores were within a 10 minute drive. The home had the best downstairs living space for all to sit and gather and the upstairs family room was perfect for the younger crowd that wanted their own space. The owner was very helpful and returned my email quickly when I had a question. So much to enjoy at the home! Pool, hot tub, great outside grill and amazing deck to sit and view the beautiful view!

Perfect 10 Thanksgiving!

Our extended family of 14 spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this house. Despite some cooler temps, we had a fun and relaxing week due in large part to the comfort and amenities offered at Perfect 10. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas all nicely decorated and well appointed. Location, pool and hot tub are also a huge bonus! Owner and rental company very responsive and helpful. We hope to return for future gatherings!

The Perfect 10

I can't say enough about this property! EVERYTHING and I mean everything has been thought of and taken care of. From the number of trash bags to the amount of dish washer pods and washing machine detergent to the silverware and dishes. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the past 6 years, this one is by far the best. Not just the home itself but the way the home was stocked and clean. The pictures you see don't do this property justice. The views are so much better. The sunrises are stunning. The decks are perfect for sitting, relaxing and watching the waves. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay.

Wow!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Not sure where to start, but I’ll begin with saying that the photos don’t do the property justice. The house and ocean views are STUNNING. Everything has been considered. We have visited HHI for over 10 years and this is the BEST house we have ever stayed at. If you need it, it’s there. Fully equipped kitchen (with multiple dishwashers), amazing pool (with sand toys and floats available in the garage), bikes already on site, washer/dryer on each level, TV’s in each room (and the kitchen and the patio)…I could go on forever. The elevator was amazing for ease in loading and unloading. The bathrooms…STUNNING…and massive. The house is well-decorated and incredibly comfortable. Let’s get to the host review….COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Amazing communication and incredibly thoughtful. From the mid-week pool refresh/clean (which we have never ever gotten at other properties) to the lovely surprise, we could not have asked for more. You will not be disappointed with Perfect 10. (And no, I did not receive compensation for this review. 😂).

Our family of 20 thoroughly enjoyed the Perfect 10! From 10 months to 62. This was our every other year family vacation with pictures by a professional photographer on the beach. Communications with the owner and property manager were fantastic.

This property is a great place to bring friends and multiple families together! It is impeccably maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living area is the perfect place for everyone to gather.

10 Sea Hawk is exceptional

We’re a family of 15, ranging from age 13-74. This beach home layout was perfect for us. Shopping, golf were nearby. Property owner and property manager were both very helpful before and during our stay. After 20 years plus this was our best beach vacation.
