Great location and responsive owner. Property is very, very old and dated and used. Tears/stains on the upholstery and a lot of clutter everywhere. What someone might feel are "homey" touches are dust catchers and just musty in general. Spacious unit with most cooking amenities provided. Needs a huge facelift and updating. Not what I look forward to on vacation.

The location is outstanding - the best we've ever experienced in 25 years of visiting the island and being a former property owner for 12 years.However, I'm sad to share that the condo itself is dated and in poor repair:-The oven temperature display was unreadable.-The electric stove elements were wrapped in old aluminum foil. They smoked terribly.-The AC did not cool properly; the filter was horribly dirty.-There were several walls containing peeled off paint and wall paper.-Many electrical outlets were not properly installed and had exposed wires or were insecurely mounted in the wall.-There were uneven surfaces between a variety of unmatched flooring surfaces. -The condo is being used for storage of a variety of objects such as lumber, various decor, and additional miscellaneous items.-The patio had a pile of beach chairs and toys, mostly rusted and/or broken.-Incomplete sets of pots, pans, flatware, glassware, and dishes were poorly organized.-Due to excessive knickknacks, there was no room for guests to place toiletries, paper goods, and groceries. -The custom sheets were old and pilled. I debated for weeks about how honest to be with the review of this location. It was not a discounted property, by any means. If the other reviews I read had been honest, I certainly would not have invested full-price for this property. The complex is wonderful, well-maintained, with wonderful amenities. But, we will certainly choose another condo for our next stay.

Perfect Relaxation

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. It was decorated nicely. We had a view of the dunes and the ocean. We walked right out to the boardwalk to the beach. The owner was very helpful. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

Great Location, Property was Acceptable

We were very happy and impressed with the location of this property. It is directly ON the beach, which was amazing. Bottom, corner, end condo. The condition of the property leaves much to be desired though. It is major need of an update and facelift. It is very dated, aged, and used. It is hard to tell how clean it actually is. The hosts do offer a lot in stock as far as appliances, stocked kitchen with pots, pans, etc. They also provided much starter items so you don't require much for the first day. Check-in did not go well bc we did not have all of our check-in information. Thankfully the hosts responded immediately by text.

Excellent Stay and Ocean Views

The unit was very clean and right on the water. The owners could not be more nice and friendly. If you are looking for a family vacation 2104 is the place for you. Faith and Family is at the center of this unit. Very comfortable and beautiful views!

The Young at Heart

Our stay was from 10/4-10/7, we had a little hiccup on check in, but the situation was rectified immediately. The property and the house was exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the cool ocean breeze at night, the spaciousness of the home and the convenience to the restaurants and stores. Girls weekend!

We so enjoyed our stay at Cindy’s place! The rental was clean and everything was just as listed! The location can’t be beat, a very short walk to the beach! Cindy was so accommodating and helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning in the near future!!

Family Vacation

This is the second year we stayed at this property. It is an excellent location, the beach access is superb, and the villa feels like home. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay on Hilton Head. Did I mention the kids love the pool. We spent days at beach and pool in the evening. Tons of fun and memories.

Wonderful place for a wonderful family time!

Clean with oodles of amenities. Loved being on the first floor for easy access to ocean, pool and car. Our family (grandparents and family of 4) had an excellent stay. We look forward to returning.
