Excellent location with direct access to beach. Condo was spacious and great floorplan for our needs. The master king mattress is quite old and uncomfortable and freezer ice maker never worked. We still had a wonderful time and would recommend this resort.

the place was great. You should put in the listing that certain things aren't supplied: Hand soap, dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towel, etc. There was a little pack to get you started for laundry and dishwasher. But with two bathrooms, only one had hand soap. This should be listed for those that can bring these items from home verses going out and buying everything. Also, the kitchen needs more than one towel and wash cloth. Some lights and fans were not working, but we let management know. We had a great time in Hilton Head.

Absolutely loved our vacation, clean, spacious. Has keruig or regular coffee pot, which is good to know. Loved all the extras... we used the beach chairs everyday and the boogie boards. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk which was super important too us. Also can see the ocean little bit from our balcony, we could hear the ocean. Judt beautiful. Beach wasnt too busy perfect location, right near all restaurants, shops, we just loved it here. Pool was across the street, only 4 minute walk. We cant wait to come back. Thank you

Wonderful Condo

Beautifully appointed, very comfortable and was lacking for nothing. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing was wonderful. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the walk to the beach was easy.

Great time

We had a wonderful time in this rental. The location is perfect. The walk to beach is short and since we were on the north side of the resort, we were using a less used entrance. Our path to the beach also didn't have stairs which was great with our cart! The rental had beach chairs and sand castle building supplies - we did not find this in the listing and the rental company could not tell us if it did, but we were very happy to find that it did. The condo is comfortable and roomy. Lots of storage and the two bathrooms was helpful for after being on the beach. The front bedroom has 2 queen beds and the back bedroom has a king sized bed (the king bed is very firm). The kitchen also had a lot of space and I was able to cook in it just fine. The table in the living room is spacious and has stools that pull out and works great for doing a puzzle on (we did a 500 piece puzzle and had lots of extra room - you could do a 1000 piece puzzle on it as well). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back and we would most likely stay in this same condo.

Needs A Better Cleaning Company

Everything about this unit was great except for how clean it wasn't. Carpet had not been vacuumed or they did a rush job. Smears on sliding glass door and sand on stools and countertop . Also hairs in tub which would hardly drain and hairs on sink. Plus when we got there the t.v in one of the bedrooms was on and the volume full blast. The cleaning charge is a rip off. Everything else was good. Location and distance to beach was great.

Good Location, But Room for Improvement

While this rental has excellent beach access and looks as the pictures show, there are some particulars that someone traveling from a long distance to it should know. For a beach rental, there are key beach items that were not provided and had to be purchased. PROS: location to beach (3 min walk), cleanliness of property and grounds, ease of entry with code, furniture supply, cable TV, kitchen cookware and dishes well stocked, security of complex, functional drains in bathrooms, small supply of laundry and dishwasher soap provided ROOM FOR GROWTH: The beach chairs in the closet are essentially useless (broken, rusty, don't unfold properly), so we purchased some and left them. A torn and rusty beach umbrella was on the balcony, so we bought a new one and left it in the closet. There is no cooler available, so we had to buy one. There were no beach towels, so we bought them and left them there. There was no hair dryer in either bathroom, so we bought one and left it there. Aside from salt, pepper, and an opened bag of sugar, there were zero other spices or items for cooking (e.g., oil). There was only one washrag and one towel for the kitchen. (An extra towel would be helpful.) We hope that all of the items that we provided and left (several totally unopened) will be left for the use of the next guests; though, it appears that everything is cleared out each time for some reason. (It seems unlikely that the previous guests wouldn't have purchased a single other spice or beach item...) Some people complained about the mattress firmness. The master seemed quite firm and at least one of the beds in the other room was quite soft. However, this is a very Goldilocks type of problem for a property owner to have to deal with.
