Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful Monday - Saturday stay. The condo had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The location is excellent, and the pools (especially the zero-entry one for the kids) were great. The beach access was directly across from the pools, so it made it very easy to go back and forth throughout our stay, and the beach itself was lovely. We will definitely stay again!

This was a perfect week—-the condo, the pool, access to a wide beach, golf, great restaurants! The gorgeous vegetation, along with all the above, reminded us of our prior trips to Hawaii!! Hope to return and do it all again next year!

Great place / great location

Enjoyed our stay at this rental. The place was immaculate and well maintained. Easy access to the pool, beach, and other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. The only disappointing factor was we enjoy buying fresh fish and cooking in at least once while at HHI. This unit offers no spices (not even salt & pepper) to facilitate that. Maybe a covid thing - not sure. But we’ve been to 2 other places at HHI during covid that each had about everything we needed in terms of spices. Just a minor inconvenience but worth noting.

The first thing that hit us was the chemical smell every time we walked in. The dishes needed washed before we used them out of the cabinet. The seating on the balcony needed upgraded. One of the chairs had a broken leg at the bottom & the cushions were dirty as were the throw pillows on the bed. I would have put all the information for the tenant all in one place instead of handwritten notes in several places. There was an unplugged phone but it doesn't work.

First time at Windsor

We loved the location in Palmetto Dunes relative to the bike paths, beach and entrance. The grounds were beautiful - nice pool and Dunes platform. Only thing was the bubbler fountain right below the villa. But it was off in the evenings.

LOVE IT

Loved the room and the having the beach right there. The pull out couch is super uncomfortable though, like just springs covered in fabric. But the couch itself was comfy and overall my stay was still lovely.

The property was clean with a nice view of the ocean, a beautiful pool and a private clean beach..Parking garage available was with trolleys for luggage and windowed elevator if the steps were not taken. In walking distance to the tennis/pickleball courts , and very close to great restaurants, mini golf, and many stores.

Clean, but overpriced for condition. No linens provided for the third guest. Pool area needs maintenance. Parking pass was not available at the designated location/time and had to drive back to the check in location to resolve (thankfully someone just happened to be working overtime on a Sunday). Otherwise, had a nice trip.

Great place to stay!

We loved where we stayed! The location was the best! The room was clean and had everything you need for cooking an cleaning except a broom. The only problem we had was the beds were not very comfortable. We planned a quick getaway and only got a one bedroom so our children slept on the couch bed and it was an awful mattress and the mattress on the bed in the bedroom was hard. The rest of the place was great!

The pictures on the website don't do this place justice. We found a couple of nice surprises when we checked in like a jacuzzi tub and an ocean view! Great place that was clean, easy check in (just be sure to get the code for the pool area). Would highly recommend!
