Overlooking one of the best ocean view's in the entire resort right from our top floor balcony, living area and main bedroom and the resort's largest pool (now heated!) (from our villa's entrance) our beautifully updated villa will not disappoint you! From the kitchen, living room, dining area and even the master bedroom, you will have an amazing view of the beach (only the villas on this row directly face the beach where the Folly Inlet runs the tidal marsh). Plus one of the resort's many lagoons is just below our balcony.

Located in the most desirable building, Building One - which is the closest to the beach in the 4 building resort complex, our beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is on the top floor (so no one above you ....sooo quiet). Our villa is one you'll love calling your home away from home! It offers a very calming, relaxing decor. Updated from the ceilings down to the floors, you will appreciate the smooth ceilings (no dusty popcorn), touches of beadboard, porcelain tile in living areas and bathrooms and wood look laminate in the bedrooms (no carpet anywhere!). You'll find granite counters in the fully equipped kitchen, a new 50" Smart LCD TV in living room, 26" LCD wall mounted TV in Master as well as a third TV (32" with built-in DVD player) in the 2nd bedroom, ....the list goes on! Our villa has sleeping accommodations for SIX with a NEW Serta super comfy queen size bed in the master and 2 Full (Double) beds in the 2nd bedroom - All your sleeping accommodations are nice, big, comfy BEDs (yes real beds with real mattresses - no twins or bunks!) Bath towels and bed linens are provided as well as a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We provide our guests with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach cart stored in our secure beach locker so there is no need to buy or bring those things.

Hilton Head boasts 200+ restaurants but if you prefer to prepare your own meals, our villa's kitchen will not disappoint you.

Our 24 hour roving security guards, manned gated entrance, and video cameras of all common areas insure the safety and trouble free experience you want for your family. Our elevators will take you from floor to floor in a jiffy!

Take a short 5 - 6 minute stroll over the resort's scenic boardwalk (1522 feet long) and you will enjoy one of the prettiest and most PRIVATE beaches on the island. It's never crowded because our property is bounded by the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones Golf Course on one side and the Folly (inlet) on the other side. If you do not care to walk, the resort's own courteous and friendly security staff offers a complementary shuttle to and from the beach thru out the day (seasonally). (On request other times) While at the beach, grab some refreshments at our beachside cabana grill, Coco's or enjoy a game of volleyball there! The Beach Bear Grill/Deli, located by the pool in the center courtyard of our building also has a convenience & gift shop.

There are 6 lighted tennis courts (1 is marked for Pickleball) , 2 OUTSIDE pools (one is heated and just downstairs from our villa) , an INDOOR heated pool in our Atrium Bldg (Bldg 3) along with a kiddie pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, exercise equipment and a 1/10 mile indoor track for rainy days or relaxing evenings. Reserve a time for a game at the Badminton courts in the courtyard of Building Two. The amenities at our resort are some of the MOST that are offered by any resort on the island and they are all available for your use absolutely FREE as our guests! Bicycles can now be rented on-site for your convenience!
