We had a great stay HOWEVER there were some bumps. This is a new location for us as we normally stay in SeaPines area but overall it was not a bad stay. I had MANY questions which the company was quick to get back to me during business hours. I wanted the pool heated during our stay since it is late in the year and cold out. I will say it was PERFECTwhen it was heated. However, I will say I think the charge for the pool heating was insane..125 a day. We've been coming to HH for the past 3 years and never encountered a pool heating charge this high. The skimmer for the pool was broken and the pool guy came out the next day and cleaned the pool and replaced it which we were so appreciative of. The power went out during our stay once and that was beyond anyone's control but it was back on within an hour I was just honestly surprised they didn't have a generator. The house is beautiful, big, clean and well kept I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back for sure.

Both King size bed mattresses were horrible. They need to be replaced. They had caved in places that made a good night sleep impossible. Other than the mattresses the rest of the home was wonderful. We enjoyed the stay and the amenities. We will stay in the home again only if the mattresses are replaced. We loved the location, the pool and the spa. We have stayed in Shipyard many times and prefer it over other locations. Please contact us if the mattress situation has been corrected so that we can rent again in the future.

Great atay

The house was just wonderful. The backyard was a vacation in itself. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Only complaint is it might be time for a new mattress in the master bedroom as it sunk down a little in the center. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home Away From Home

What else can we say. The home was just perfect. Our contact for the vacation company was amazing and attentive. We extended a day, just because we had the time. The location was near everything. Wish the weather would have been more favorable. We would have loved to sit outside by the pool. Hopefully we can return soon.

Perfect house for every occasion!

Three coworkers came across this beautiful house and it was perfect! Listing shows 2.5 bathroom but there are 3 full baths which made it even better! Very close to the water and lots of other activities. Would definitely stay again!

Overheated Master Bedroom

This house was great, POOL was awesome. However the master bedroom was around 85-90 degrees. They are aware of the problem because they have a little fan to put on your night stand. Need to Spend $2,000 on a split unit A/C for master bedroom. This is a Million dollar home that was uncomfortable to sleep in.

Not as advertised

The house was fine but we rentes it for the pool and hot tub. We paid extra to heat the hot tub. I just finished breast cancer treatments that I had being going through for almost a year and my husband is going through rehab she to being hit by a drunk driver. So tbe hot tub and pool were the main draw to rent here. When checking in tbe pool was nasty, the entire bottom was covered with stuff. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. The hot tub never worked correctly and we were told by the pool guy who came Thursday it wouldnt because there was a leak in it and they knew it. We sent several messages but never got responses about thja from the rental company overseeing this home.i wouldn't rent again until theae things have been addressed.

Lovely location

The house was well cared for and welcoming. A great choice for a group of adults. There was a storm while we were there that required an internet/cable reset the next day and the management company was pleasant and responsive. Would rent from them again!

Wonderful family friendly house

We stayed at this house for a long weekend with another family with kids and loved it! It’s a very short drive to the beach (through the neighborhood) and very close to a wonderful pirate playground for the kids! The kids loved the pool. There is a golf range in the backyard but we never noticed any noise from it. We would definitely stay here again.
