Awesome rental property.

We stayed the week with our children and grandchildren. The place was spotless and in our favorite location. The pool is perfect for littles and the walk to the beach is easy.

Had a great time. The location was PERFECT. The wifi was out for most our stay which was a bummer but not a huge issue. The condo was nice and clean. We loved staying on the top floor. Hope to be back!

The Perfect Way to Experience HHI

I can’t say enough good things about this unit! We traveled with our two kids (7 and 9). The unit is located just steps from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park so trips to the playground, shopping, or to get ice cream are easy. The pool is very family friendly with zero entry for the little ones and a sizeable “deep end” for bigger kids. The hot tub is also a nice amenity! The facility as a whole is kept very clean. Access to the beach is close and the beach in this area is not overly crowded. Unit 511 in particular is very tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities (reliable WiFi, cable, etc.). The kitchen is also well stocked with pots, pans, utensils if you like to cook. Parking was always easy and there is also plenty of room for bike parking. We got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise each morning from the deck and the view of the ocean can’t be beat. This was the best place for us to stay in our first trip to HHI and I hope we will be back soon!

Very nice!

Such a nice place with activities all around in walking distance. It was perfect for our family with little kids! We enjoyed the beautiful view out the massive living room windows and the pool amenities! Nearby restaurants and park are great perks!

Great stay and location

My husband and I had a great time at this condo. The views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking! The condo itself had a great layout, very clean, and the vacation rental company gave us a great starter kit of supplies which was greatly appreciated. There were also plenty of linens towels etc. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and very easy to access with no stairs, so we could easily take our beach cart with us. The location was also great with many great restaurants less than 8 minutes away! Our first trip was to HHI was a great success. We will be back and cannot wait to stay at this location again!

Great location, perfect beach access

We had a really good stay here - stayed for one week. It was very convenient to the beach - just a boardwalk away - and also had a nice pool. We found the pool to be less crowded at dinner time. The outdoor staircase was a great bonus in these Covid-19 times. We only used the elevator once to bring our suitcases in but otherwise felt safer using the open-air stairs. Our only complaint was that the floor hadn't been vacuumed or mopped and needed both. We also had to wipe out/clean several shelves of the fridge before putting our food in and had to rinse the microwave turntable. For a large cleaning fee, these things should have been done--especially the floors. We swept and hand wiped sections of the floor that we used the most--especially the kitchen floor, which had chunks of food on it and other debris. One contributing factor may be that the vacuum didn't seem to be working properly. It blew out dirt from the back of the machine. However, the rest of the place was very clean - it felt cleaner than a lot of other rental homes we've stayed in. It was well supplied with a nice collection of "starter supplies" that actually lasted us the whole week (bar soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, dishwasher pods, dish soap, "Sponge Mommy" sponge, coffee filters, salt & pepper shakers). The only thing we found missing in terms of supplies was trash bags, but we were able to use some of the paper bags we had from grocery shopping, so it was no big deal. The kitchen was better supplied than many other places we've stayed in with a large assortment of bowls, pots and pans, Pyrex baking pans, etc. The 3 things we found missing were measuring cups, measuring spoons, and a carrot peeler. We didn't do any cooking from recipes, so we didn't need measuring cups or spoons, but we did have to "peel" our carrots with a knife. Nice coffee machine. Friendly, helpful staff. We heard almost no noise from neighbors, so either the place is very well noise proofed or else we lucked out and had quiet neighbors. We were on the 5th floor, so no one was above us. Overall other guests seemed nice and respectful. We would consider staying here again in the future. We had a little bit of trouble with the cable TV the last night but otherwise were able to watch it with no problems. We stayed here with 2 adults and one child and the space seemed perfect for that. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels!.

Loved my stay here. Super clean unit with a great view and location!

Everything about the process was smooth and exactly as advertised. I stayed here with my two kids (10 and 14) for a week. Perfect set up for a small family. The unit is perfectly located right off the elevator and super close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. Will definitely consider coming back to this unit again. There aren’t many options as far as channels on the tv, so I recommend bringing an Apple TV or something similar if you want to watch tv.

Great location

Clean, updated, and views were great. We would recommend this unit and return ourselves. Our only quibble might be that the bedroom TVs are not connected to the cable and instead use the Spectrum App to get the cable channels. It’s a little clunky and didn’t work a couple times. Also the balcony furniture was not real comfortable. All other furniture was fine and appeared to be new. Pool, hot tub, beach access were all good.
