Great location and convenient to everything, which we really appreciated. The building itself feels a bit dated, and while the unit was comfortable overall, it didn’t seem recently renovated and had a slight older odor. Guest shower and medicine cabinet could use some attention. We also noticed a few dead roaches upon entry, which made us a bit cautious and led us to rewash the dishes before using them.

Beds were not changed, there was sand, hair, dog foot prints on the sheets. Kitchen was not cleaned, broken items in rental. Water leaking from the ceiling with black mold dripping off of it. And no hot water! During my attempt to contact the owners they turned their phones off instead of offering to have it cleaned.

Overall our stay was great! The shuttle to the beach is nice when it runs. If it isn’t running the walk isn’t bad and it is a pretty walk to the beach on the board walk. One of the bathrooms could use a bit of love because of some mold on the ceiling but nothing major. There was not any trash bags that we could find to bag of trash so that was a bit challenging. Other than that everything was great and we would stay again!

Lots of room!

We stayed here with our family of 6 and had enough room for the week! Was it cramped sometimes? Sure, but we have a big family and really only stayed in the room long enough to sleep and sometimes eat. Room location was great in Building 1. Owners were very responsive if we needed them. Pretty much all the amenities you need for a great week on Hilton Head!

Such a fun Trip

I traveled with some close friends and stayed for a few days. The location was great, close to several really delicious restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach was very nicely maintained. The condo was perfect for our trip, and accurately reflected by pictures. I would stay again!

This property is a great value in a great location. The private beach access provided easy access to a stretch of beach that was not overly crowded. The condo was well kept and comfortable.

Cute beach stay

The place was accurately listed, in a great location. Has beach access but it is a fairly long walk. My main issue was trying to get the key out. We almost had to call the owner because the box was stuck, so hopefully they upgrade to a keypad entry. Also make sure to bring soap and all toiletries for the bathroom. There was bar soap provided, but that’s it. Other than that, was great for the price.

Disappointed

Let me start by saying I normally don’t do reviews but just want to provide feedback for the next guests. This is not a beach front property in the traditional sense so don’t expect to see, hear or feel the beach while on property. There view from the balcony is the wall of another building and the parking lot. You do have beach access. It is a nice 9 to 10 minute walk along a wooden bridge across a marsh of land where you do see some beach front homes / buildings. There were no washer and dryer inside the unit. This was my fault for missed reading the amenities but if I did it, someone else may have as well. This may not matter but if you did not pack you pool towel, then you may have to be creative in having enough towels for the pool and showers. Since most places I have stayed include the pool / beach towels, needless to say, we did not. We stayed 5 days and received two towels per guest. Oh only two small wine glasses so bring your is if more want to share a bottle. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates and etc but do bring dish soap, extra paper towel, trash bags,al big cutting board, seasonings and other condiments if you are going to cook regularly. Be careful with the handles in the shower in one of the bathrooms — very hot water with loose handles where you keep turning but it won’t shut off properly. So don’t be naked in the shower while adjusting your water temperature. There’s a hole and possibly mold on the ceiling of the front bathroom. It s

Spring Break getaway

We had a few hiccups with the toilet but the property manager responded quickly however maintenance did not but it was a holiday wknd and during Spring Break so it was understandable. The resort itself was much older than expected but we made it work. The boardwalk to the beach was much longer than expected but there was golf cart transportation. The condo itself was nice and well stocked however it is on the1st floor and the over head guest noise was pretty loud and disturbing especially when the overhead children were up at daybreak running back and forth, but I guess this is expected in older properties. There were no views from the entry door side or the balcony however there was a nice pool and bar area. The boardwalk to the beach was much longer than expected but there was golf cart transportation. The beach area was nice and seemed very private if that is what you are looking for. We kinda like to people watch but not many people at all. There was a beach chair rental company there but when we were able to finally get someone to answer the phone we were told they didn't have anyone working to come set chairs up so they couldn't help us. Really? I thought this was a business but whatever. Overall it was a nice trip. I was pleased with the condo itself and the rental price however the resort could really use some cleaning and updating.
