Family Hilton Head Vacation

Great villa for our family

Fully stocked and comfortable villa for our Hilton Head visit. Great location between Harbour Town and The Shops at Sea Pines. Very quiet and view of the golf course.

Family Vacation

Very good location and beds were comfortable. A few issues with cleanliness of items in kitchen and carpets need a good cleaning. Also the tennis and pickle ball courts could use some better maintenance. The pool was perfect. The golf course view was beautiful and kept the ones entertained who wanted to stay. I wish there was more comfortable seating in the living room area, just didn't have enough space for everyone to lounge like they would have liked. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few changes could make this place better. Thanks.

Heritage Week

I have been going to the Heritage for 20 years now and this is probably the best place we’ve stayed. Plenty of room with a very short walk to the clubhouse. Property manager was easily accessible and check in was a breeze. Will definitely be staying again.

Spacious!

Our two families of 8 adults stayed one week and we had plenty of room, having 3 bathrooms was convenient also. It was nice to have a gas grill for meals and plenty of dining space for all of us. This may be my favorite stay in Sea Pines so far.

Great location, needs a good cleaning

It started off with having a difficult time getting in the Villa. This villa is run by a rental company not by owner. It has a great view of the green on Heron Point and a quick walk to Harbour Town. The bathrooms need a good scrubbing, mold was in the sink in the master and shower still had hair from a previous renter. I would rent it again if they would amp up their cleaning practices

Vacation Stay

Took us a day to figure out beach/trolley situation which was frustrating since no one told us. Would have been nice to have use of bikes or told that rentals were highly recommended for transportation around before getting there. Also, common items like dish soap, TP, plastic bags, aluminum foil, saran wrap, detergent etc. would have been also nice to know about since we were there all week. Maybe on the listing a "suggested things to bring" list or something?

Spacious townhouse near Harbor Town

Newly renovated, spacious townhouse within walking distance to Harbor Town. Overall, the place is nice for the money. From the listing, it looks like the location is closer to the beach and getting to the beach from here is not very easy. There is a shuttle or you can ride a bike, but parking at the beach is very difficult. Also, they were having work done on the outside of the townhouse during the first two days of our stay, which should be scheduled when the property was vacant. The workmen were very nice, but we couldn't sit outside and the windows were covered with plastic. Not sure if it was the rental company or the owners since they never communicated with us during our stay.

Disappointed

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo, bed linen had stains, fan in bedroom needed dismantled & cleaned, stains on the carpet, hair in the master shower & the shower did not drain. The manager did send a plumber right away. Housekeepers were to get the dirty linen, however, the dirty linen was still there when we checked out. The golf course view is beautiful. If you’re looking for easy beach access this isn’t the place, need to take a trolley & trolley runs 9-5 with no set schedule.

Poor rental company!

I first want to say that the condo is nice. My problems aren't with the owners because they probably don't know how poor their rental company is. We didn't receive any information about check in after paying. I messaged Robert 2 times without a response. I finally called him and left a message. He called me back the next day and sent me the information. He said that it was probably my emails fault. It wasn't. While talking with him I asked if the property had a gas grill. He said NO! You crazy renters would burn the place down. I then asked if they had any bikes. He said NO! I wouldn't want you renters to be calling me with bike problems! So when we got there the property was in Harbor Town not close to the beach like they show in the listing. They gave us the wrong key code for the door so we had to call Robert to get the correct one. When i told him that it didn't work he started saying that it must be my fault or i was at the wrong place. The new code worked and we weren't at the wrong place. So after we planned according to what Robert had told us. We rented bikes then found out that they do have bikes! We didn't bring anything to grill or our grilling stuff. We get there and they have a nice grill! Very frustrating! Sent him one last message before we left with a question and he never answered!

Fantastic family stay!

This condo was perfect for our week stay! I have 3 kids who prefer sleeping all in the same room, and this condo had a bedroom perfect for them. The space was exactly what we needed, and the sunken living room with a view of the golf course was our favorite spot to relax. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed and more. We used the rackets a few times on the tennis courts, and enjoyed the pool as well. Took the trolley (with masks) to the Beach Club. Definitely recommend this property!!!

Great Experience in Sea Pines!

We were not really familiar with this location in Sea Pines as we have previously stayed in the Palmetto Dunes plantation. This location in Sea Pines turned out to be perfect for our family. We had the pool and tennis courts right across from our unit, Harbour Town was a five minute bike ride, and the Beach Club was a 15 minute bike ride. The condo was clean and recently renovated and located right on the 11th green at Heron Point Golf club. The only drawback was they were punching and sanding the greens during our stay so we could not take advantage of late evening chipping and putting!
