Golf and Beach

This usca terrific house. It is well stocked for a large group. Bedrooms(8) were just right for our group. TVs worked without a hitch( a must to watch the hockey (playoffs). BBQ worked perfectly. Only one glitch...the hot tub had a heating issue that required a part that could not be installed for our week. We will definitely try to reserve this house when our group goes to Hilton Head.

Clarkson trip to Hilton Head

We were 13 family members spending our annual beach week together. We choose a different beach each year and span 4 generations. This house was fantastic and newly renovated. Short walk to beautiful Hilton Head beach. I would definitely recommend this property. Loved all the pool and beach toys plus chairs and buggies being available. We brought electric scooters and these were a huge hit around the greenways of Hilton Head.

Family Vacation with our Kids & Littles

My husband and brought our children and grandchildren to this house for a long awaited family vacation! We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our large family. Clean, neat and decorated great. A majority of the time was spent in the pool playing with our granddaughters. We did pay the additional to heat the pool and spa and was well worth it. Very comfortable for the little ones. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is always a gathering spot. It was well stocked and had a great table to gather. Dustin was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic property

Wow, what a great place. The communication was fantastic from booking through check-out. What a great place. The location is perfect and the amenities in the house were awesome. You don't need to bring anything, even beach things! Great sized house for hosting friends AND family! Would highly recommend!!

Hilton Head Beach House

Our extended family tries hard to get together once a year. We had visited Hilton Head before, but we loved this property. There was space for everyone. The beach truly is steps away. We have a toddler and several young children in the group. Makes it much easier when everyone can come and go as they need. A huge bonus was a park across the street. It has a big field to play in as well as playground equipment and pickle ball courts. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were great to work with and could be easily reached by text or email. We mostly cook in now, but we did visit a fun family restaurant the last night. The kitchen is well equipped for a crowd. Beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this property (and we have rented a lot)! We also rented bikes. It is a very easy process.

50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Everything was perfect ! The house was beautiful. Very clean, well appointed, really nice furnishings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. All of the bathrooms have been updated and are very luxurious. The kitchen, dining area and living room is a nice open space where we spent a lot of our time playing board games and talking. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay at 3 Sandy Beach Trail.

Beach House

My husband and I brought our four children, their spouses and eleven grandchildren for a week’s stay in this magnificent house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as described. The living room was a great space for conversation after busy days at the beach and pool. Convenient to activities around Hilton Head. The owners are very welcoming hosts. Recommend highly.

Excellent location and well-equipped home!

We had an incredible stay in late June at this home. Our group was 16 people across 4 families ranging in ages from 5 to 67 years old, including one with special needs & a wheelchair, so the elevator was perfect. The home is easy walking distance to the beach, with a great carpeted path that makes for easy wagon pulling and a shower/foot wash station. The pool was essential to cool off, and the ground floor game room was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and silverware, and the home was in excellent condition. The hosts were responsive and we are strongly considering coming back next year!

Wonderful House

We had an incredible time staying at this house. It was exactly as advertised! Everything was clean and updated. We were just steps from the beach. Everyone fit with plenty of room! Would highly recommend this location and owners were fantastic!

Family getaway

We were an older group 60 and above. Siblings getting together with Thier 86 year old mom. The elevator in the home made it possible for her to enjoy herself confidently. So close to the beach. Great home!

Luxurious Beach Home

We would highly recommend this wonderful property. It was exactly as described and easily accommodated our large group. The owners were very responsive and fixed the one problem we had in avery timely matter. High end appliances and cookware were wonderful. The kids loved the indoor and out door games.

Fantastic week

We stayed at Michelle and Dustin‘s house the week of March 10. We travel to Hilton head with five other families with kids of various teenage ages. This house was the perfect place for our large group. Plenty of space, beautiful pool, close to the beach, with spacious rooms to retreat to if we needed quiet time. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was a dream vacation and we would definitely return to this house!

Great house for family vacation!

My family (ages 3 to 70) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the thanksgiving holiday! House was very clean, beds were super comfy and house was appointed well with everything we needed!
