Amenities and location were great. Quite area. Men loved fishing. Hot tub was a hit. Great room great for watching football and lots card games in dining room. Close walk beach. Having a double oven was nice.

This home is in a wonderful location and very private. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The bed/bath areas were clean but we felt the towels, hand soaps ( filled with water to make them last longer) were subpar for a rental in this price range. The main living area was adequate but the seating areas were worn and not very comfortable.The outdoor front porch and back screened room were wonderful and we spent a lot of time on them enjoying the views. We did not use the game room area but it was furnished comfortably and would have been fun. The pool table was missing the balls and the owner was very responsive about and it was hard to maneuver around and find Overall - this is an adequate

This house leaves nothing to be desired! The house itself is spacious and beautiful, but it's the setting that makes it so special. It's bounded by the lagoon on two sides in the back, so the view from the pool/backyard and the screened porch is incredible. The pool is not large but very pretty, and has steps into the shallow end, helpful for my granddaughters. There are mature trees that provide shade at different times of the day, so we could enjoy being at the pool without baking in the sun. And the screened porch looks out over the pool area and provides another spot to enjoy the beautiful view. We were a group of 2 grandparents, 5 adult children and 3 grandchildren 8, 6 and 3. There was plenty of seating and room for everyone to spread out. I appreciated how well stocked the house was with all the essentials. I brought stuff (paper towels, tp, garbage bags, etc.)but it wasn't needed. And the best part was all the extras provided... Bikes, beach gear, beach towels, wagon, etc , which meant we didn't have to bring or rent all those things. We had excellent communication with Peggy during our stay, with prompt answers to our questions. We had great weather and were outside most of the time, so didn't take advantage of the pool table, pingpong, shuffle board, but how great to have those available! All in all, I can't think of think of a nicer place to stay and would highly recommend.

Me and my husband stayed with my 4 adult children and their significant others for a week and had a fantastic time! The house is wonderful with so much space and great amenities! Everyone enjoyed having their own space and bathrooms. We spent hours every morning and evening on the back porch talking and playing card games. It was so nice having bikes available for trips to the beach and roaming around. They kayaked, swam and enjoyed being together. Beautiful Home and wonderful time together. Thank You!

Great Stay at Hilton Head Island

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the peace and quite the location provides at the end of a cul-de-sac. With that being said you are still very close to everything. We walked to the beach and biked to the tennis/pickleball courts multiple times. We spent a lot of time in the pool and on the screened in porch. We appreciated all of the extras that are included such as kayaks, bikes, and beach items. Nothing but good things come to mind with our stay.

My family stayed here a week in June. We had 5 kids ranging from 9-13 and they had a blast! So many options of things to do! The house was perfect, with spaces large enough for everyone to gather, but enough space that you didn’t feel you were on top of each other! The location is on the edge of Palmetto dunes so not a lot of traffic, which was perfect!

Perfect Family vacation with adult children.

We were happy to stay at this property for all of its amenities as well as the proximity to the beach. With 4 adult boys, my husband and I, my brother and my elderly parents there was plenty of activities and comfort for all. We got great use out of the pool, hot tub and game room. It was awesome to gather around the dining room table to eat meals together. The hosts were very helpful sending any piece of information needed and answering all of my questions in a timely manner as well as offering to help in any way needed. We are hoping to return to this property again in the future.

FABULOUS VACATION!!!

We had an extended family vacation including my senior parents(80s) and two adult children, their spouses and babies. We had an incredible time!! The house is simply beautiful! We cooked all our meals at the house, except for one, the entire week! The appliances were high end and the kitchen had everything I needed! With the pool, kayaks, bikes and close proximity to the beach, we had no need to leave the house for entertainment. It was wonderful being able to stay ‘home’ to accommodate three little ones’ nap times.

Magnificent property with so many extras!

We had a wonderful stay at this home during spring break. The house was extremely well-stocked and included so many thoughtful extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. We biked every day on the bikes the owner provided.... there were so many! We also took advantage of the many kayaks that were provided for us to use. One of the highlights was the free shuttle transportation within the Palmetto Dunes grounds—we took advantage of it every day, including to and from the beach, and it made getting around so easy and stress-free. Peggy was incredibly easy to work with, checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed, and truly cared about our comfort. We felt right at home and appreciated all the attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Hilton Head.

Perfect family vacation home!

The house was perfect for our family of six. There were loads of amenities to keep all of us entertained, especially as we were experiencing the remnants of Milton. The pool table room was a nice place to hang out after a day at the beach. The house is spacious and clean. Having two master suites was handy. The location was perfect as you were close to Coligny and all the restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Family fun

Our stay was great! Perfect weather, great beach conditions and good food! The house was in a great location, very easy walk to the beach. Having the game tables was definitely a family fun time. We've been coming to HH for 34 years and this house met all of our needs and more. Our tradition has always been to end our stay with a dinner at Cranes Tavern - great food and great service! We look forward to coming back!

Great House

Nice location, incredibly clean and well maintained home. Golf trip, close proximity to many courses. Close to downtown for good food, drinks and overall atmosphere. Great hosts.
