    Pura Vida, ubicada en North Forest Beach, es la casa de alquiler de lujo perfecta en Hilton Head para las vacaciones de su familia en el país bajo. Sólo 1 fila de atrás de la playa y dormir un total de 19, que sin duda tienen preocupaciones aquí.

    Al entrar en la casa, se puede encontrar una amplia sala de estar con televisión de alta definición, un bar con nevera, lavavajillas y máquina de hielo, y el acceso a los primeros cinco dormitorios. El puertas correderas de cristal se abren a la increíble patio al aire libre con piscina privada y un spa sobre-fluyendo. Te encantará la ducha al aire libre que conduce al patio después de un día largo, de arena en la playa.

    Las habitaciones del primer piso cuentan con una cama king en el dormitorio, una cama doble en el segundo dormitorio, 2 camas en el tercer dormitorio, 2 camas individuales literas en el cuarto dormitorio, y un rey y doble en el quinto dormitorio. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de alta definición y baño privado.

    Suba por las escaleras hasta el nivel principal o tomar el ascensor en el hogar. En la planta principal se puede encontrar una amplia cocina con un montón de espacio en el mostrador, 2 lavavajillas, 2 lavabos, y un enorme refrigerador. Así, feliz de encontrar un comedor formal para las noches de la cena de la familia de fuera de la cocina, así como una, zona de comedor informal de concepto abierto al lado del salón principal. Unfortunately the pool was green they tried to remedy but I think there is an issue with it. Also with little kids all the steps in and around the pool were dangerous and the steps in the pool had sharp concrete. Overall the house furniture was dated but the location was amazing. 2nd row and a nice beach path. The elevator was not working out entire stay (they told me someone would come out Thursday and no one did) and with a broken ankle made it difficult to get around. Overall the space in the bedrooms/bathrooms/closets was larger than expected based on the photos. It was a good setup. Would have liked to love it all and book again with the location but due to the pool and cleanliness of it, it won’t work for our family again next year unfortunately.

Best vacation in years!

Amazing property! We had 14 people at times and it never felt crowded! Everyone had their own private, quiet space and their own bathroom! Just a fantastic place!

Great Location!

Walkable to the beach. Fun and clean house. Be sure to bring your own essentials though. No salt/pepper, shampoo, etc.

Floors were very dirty, 3rd floor shower did not work, and a couple toilets did not work(messaged host while there but no one came). Great location and size, accurate bed count!

We absolutely loved the location. Only one complaint is the pool turned hair green and bathing suits. Pool service man tried fix but did not help. Otherwise, we loved our stay at this beautiful home and totally exceeded our needs.

House was excellent. House was clean and had everything that we needed to make our birthday weekend a success. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool deck area. We were expecting a bigger area for us all to enjoy the pool. We did have an issue with plumbing, but the property management company sent someone over right away and fixed it so all in all I give this review of five star

Overall a very good experience. The house is beautiful with great/easy access to the beach. The A/C works great. The rooms are big. There were a few things that could use fixing. The pool was chipped throughout and caused scrapping to the feet and knees. One of the shower heads didn’t work so the person staying in that room had to use someone else’s shower. There were two nails that we found on the ground (one by the pool and one in the driveway) that we almost stepped on. The cleaners were there when we arrived and past the check in time (4pm) and were obviously rushed. There was no broom/dust pan. There were no instructions for the tub in one of the master bedrooms or the hot tub about how to use it. The hot tub was normal pool temperature and not hot. We needed a replacement propane tank so had to audible to a different meal. The toilets take forever to flush and you have to hold it down for upwards of 30 seconds. Furnitures old…1st world problems…but for the money we spent we were hoping for only 1 or 2 of those things. The communication between host and myself was great.

Good House, Great location, Shoddy Hottub

Based on reviews and pics, I knew the house would be a little outdated. However, the space and location was great! I only complaint, and after SEVERAL attempts, the hottub was never beyond lukewarm. The property mgmt team was super responsive each time, but the problem was never resolved. This was very unfortunate considering we paid for it to be heated and it was a chilly weekend.

Mold Mold Mold—— BEWARE

Mold was the biggest issue with this home. The elevator was marked out of order. But on the other side of the door was incredible mold. This needs to be reported to the Health dept. unfortunately the rental agency didn’t respond to our calls nor our emails regarding the mold issue and our vacation ended July 13. We deserve a refund

No Pool or Spa

Everything was very dingy and worn. We were not notified about heating the pool until the day before check in and then we were told we had to ask 7 days in advance. A little late for that. The Wifi password was wrong and my son found a password on another router and we used that. If you are cooking a big family meal, you might want to bring big bowls and hand mixer with you. We really did enjoy ourselves, Because our goal was to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. But for what I paid I guess i was expecting a little more. Our son is a Marine and we invited people from his base that didn't have family close by to hang out with.

Unfortunately, our experience during our stay was disappointing. While the location was perfect, the home itself required significant maintenance.The microwave was not working from the day we arrived and, although it was removed, it was never replaced during our stay. The pool filter also was not functioning properly, and despite calling maintenance on three separate occasions, the issue kept happening.Additionally, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and the ice maker were both non-functional. Maintenance informed us that these were outdated and would not be replaced. They did respond to unclog the bathtub, which was overflowing, but overall, the response to the other issues was lacking.Given the cost of the rental, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of attention to these basic amenities.

Hilton head vacation

House is huge. Closed to the beach and shops. Everything was in walking distance. Management was awesome. Communicates really well and quick to respond with requests. I would come back here again.

Fall getaway

This was our first time renting from5 star properties. We appreciate their quick response to questions and needs. However, the property was definitely in need of several things. For a property that can sleep 19 it was poorly equipped with dishes. We also had several non working/missing amenities such as sink knobs, a missing toilet seat, sluggish drains, and the elevator. The house is perfect for a large group and is located with a great view of the ocean but is in great need of some TLC in the way of upgrades, especially in the kitchen.

Great Place for a Great Vacation

Nice house with a great location, spacious enough for everybody. Pool lights didn't work as well as some wall switches, remote controls and could use some updates here and there but overall the house was perfect for our stay. Right off the beach as well as walking distance to the stores and restaurants.

Great house, excellent location

This house was beautiful and able to fit our large group. The location was perfect and everything was very clean. There were a few pieces of furniture that clearly had some issues, but nothing that impacts the stay. Overall fantastic home and would certainly return!

Great stay overall!

This property provided us with an incredible experience in the Hilton Head area! We had a group of 15 people comfortably fit (could have even fit a few more) without any issues throughout the house. Elevator was out of service, but we didn't even really need it. Location was essentially right on the beach and within a 10 min walk of restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend anyone stay here!

family vacation

The location of the property and the space available was just what we needed. Some of the furniture (chairs, couch) on the second floor were defective (legs of some chairs and the leg of a couch). The sliding glass door on the first and second floor did not lock consistently, problem with the door latch. The remote controls in the third floor bedroom did not function (could not change the TV channel). Contacted rental service about TV trouble, and a smoke alarm battery problem, indicated they would send out someone for repair, no one came to my knowledge. Unable to close garage doors from the outside.

Beach Vacation for Ohio Friends

We had a great experience staying at Pura Vida on HHI. It was close to the beach and accommodated everyone from Ohio! The room listings were exactly what were listed in the descriptions, which allowed each family to have their own space and private bathroom. The pool and pool table were wonderful features also that were utilized frequently. There were a few minor things the owners should update/fix which would help make this the perfect beach house. They were small things such as light switches not working, sink dripping, outside pool light nonworking, margarita machine broke, washing machine leaking water, etc., but all of it was minor and we still enjoyed our stay.
