On the beach

Clean as usual. Only issue was the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work. They delivered a new ceiling fan but it never did get installed while we were there.

Beautiful Ocean View

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Morning coffee on the deck with views of the ocean were our favorite. It is tastefully decorated and was very comfortable for our family of 6. Communication with the management company was also great. We would definitely stay here again!

We decided to get away since Thanksgiving 2020 was going to be celebrated on Zoom. The condo was perfect! Renovations were beautiful. It had all the amenities we wanted. Perfect ocean view. We loved leaving the window open in the master and listening to the ocean sounds. Will definitely be back!

Family of Four

Our family of four stayed in our condo. The condo was in amazing condition and the location was perfect, right next to the beach. With Covid, we went to the beach during the day and stayed in the condo at night. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax and enjoy family meals. We would definitely go there again!

Nicest villa we have ever stayed in!

This villa is extremely well designed and decorated. It was very clean and everything functioned properly. Large capacity, quiet washer and dryer. The view is fantastic and the entire property was well maintained and clean. It is obvious that the owners of this villa are thoughtful and on the ball! We had a perfect week with zero complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with the family! Please Read!

We spent a week at this property over spring break. Kid friendly! The unit was very clean, updated, well decorated and quite pleasant. The owner includes a number of nice features such as night lights in the baths, Tupperware containers, bag clips, etc. For what we rented, it was very nice. The location and ocean view is great. The building had an elevator. Patio furniture is nice enough. The building itself is a 3 to maybe 3.5 star at best. This unit has been upgraded. We liked the keyless coded entry. What everyone needs to read is what they will need to make their stay the best it can be! 1) Hairdryer 2) Extension cords -2- (no plugs next to the bed in master) 3) Beach stuff: There are no beach chairs, towels, etc. provided. However, you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. A beach cart is also preferred. 4) Depending on how you are traveling: Air or car: Bring the little things you will need in the kitchen. Spices, extracts, packets of sugar, etc. Save $$ on shopping! 5) Kitchen has a Keurig, so bring your own Kups! 6) No clock in the master bedroom nightstand. If you need one, we use our phones, just need to bring an extension cord to plug / charge them a night.

Wow! What a gorgeous condo!!

This condo looks like something out of a magazine-everything down to the smallest detail is perfectly styled. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed during our stay. Comfortable new mattresses and bedding. Gorgeous, unobstructed panoramic sunrise ocean views. Beautiful beach with easy access. The pools and grounds were clean and well maintained. We didn’t want to leave!

Stunning!

The condo was very clean when we arrived and very welcoming! Having a 4th floor balcony meant we had a clear view of the ocean. There were just three of us this week and it was plenty of space to move astound and relax. Having our own kitchen was also a big plus because we could eat there instead at times. This was our first week vacation as just the three of us and definitely worth it. The island has so much to offer with food, attractions, family friendly events and sunshine! We will definitely use Beach Properties again and may just return to Hilton Head Island in the future! Thanks so much for allowing us to make family memories this past week and using your condo!
