Was disappointed an early check in message never came. First unit we have ever used that did not allow for early check in and we come several times each year. Hot water was not hot enough and took forever to get warm. Window treatment in the master had to have a chair in front of it as the shutters did not come down for complete privacy. Price was good so issues were not a biggy. Just pointing them out.

A Charming Harbour Town Retreat

This delightful 2-bedroom home, with a cozy twin bed in the second bedroom, is perfectly situated near Harbour Town and ideal for a family of 4. The recent updates are evident in the stylish decor, and the house itself is in great condition. Unfortunately, our experience with Vacasa wasn't ideal. While the house was clean, we encountered a few minor issues, such as a broken curtain rail leading to the patio that fell when trying to open the sliding patio door, wiped makeup on the bedside table in the kids room, and a jammed sliding door in the same room. Additionally, a late checkout request was denied, even though it was made within 24 hours of check-in. Despite these setbacks, this is a wonderful property with great potential. With improved management this house could become an even more exceptional vacation rental.

Horror Movie

I stayed in this property. The power was cut off. The coffee pot is broken, the front door is broken and you can't go out once you come in you are locked in like a horror movie, there is no outside lighting when you come in you can't even see to put your key in the broken door, the gate doesn't lock. It was extremely disturbing. I thought that I left this review on here but I can see that none of this ever got reported. I stayed the 1st weekend in April. The location near Harbortown was great! The condo needs a lot of TLC before it should be rented to guests.

Great location, insulting condition

We saw some negative reviews regarding the condition of this fantastically located unit and took a chance that improvements had been made. I find it pretty insulting that an owner can think it's okay to ignore low cost maintenance items that make the property feel 3rd rate. Outdated shower head, moldy shower curtain, ripped comforter, stained furniture. For one nights rental income the most obvious issues could be resolved. ;(

Health hazard

Sewage smells, musty, moldy, dirty, stains in sheets and carpet, dog hair on counter. This unit isn’t fit for rental. Previous negative reviews have been deleted. Never in 37 years of renting experienced this.

Good value

Property was well equipped and clean even though it could use some new carpeting in the living area. Kitchen was complete but not updated. Beds were very comfortable. Roomy layout. Short bike ride or walk to Harbour Town. Would recommend this unit for the price.

Great location in sea pines- short walk to harbour town! Condo was good but not a lot of lighting and no fans (if you get hot easily bring your own fan), loose outlets, and garbage disposal was full and didn’t work

VERY DISAPPOINTING

Can tolerate outdated look but worn out and nasty—-NO! Trash still in kitchen, garbage disposal broken, potato chips on carpet, grocery bags under stairs, stained-gross carpet, hodge-podge of master bed mattresses, foam, etc., unorganized cabinets and closets, old poorly fitted bed linens….not sure what else am forgetting. Owners should be ashamed can’t imagine what own house must look like. Management company needs to have more accountability of cleaning service and pride in properties they rep!

Disappointing

We feel like we paid a pretty penny for something so outdated. The kitchen sink didn’t drain well, the grill was not functional, there were stains all over the walls, floors, bedding, and couch pillows. It did not feel clean.

Thank you so much for the availability of your condo. The location and neighborhood were SPECTACULAR. Respectfully, while the surfaces, bathrooms and linens were clean, the carpet, upholstery of the dining room chairs and bed spreads and every throw pillow need to be replaced. They appear to have been stained beyond repair as washing left the stains in place. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced as well. It was so soft that you couldn't comfortably sit on it without it folding around you with no support. The upper and lower patios were not clean. Thus we were unable to use them. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo was lovely. We will definitely use vacasa again, but not this unit. Thank you for the lovely vacation memories!

This property was in a great location. It was well equipped and we had plenty of room. However the carpet was stained, there was a sewer gas smell that came and went and we often saw tiny black bugs in the living room.

Great Location - Needs Updating

The property is clean with a fantastic location! Loved having bikes to be able to explore Sea Pines and Harbor Town. The unit needs some updating for the decor. Communication could be better. Had to call in to get WiFi password. None of the TVs would work. I am sure we weren't doing something right, but each had 3 remotes and no info on what needed to be turned on or which input to use. AC needs work. Upstairs airflow is very low - where you sleep. During the day the upstairs was not comfortable.
