Convenient, centrally localted ground level condo in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed condo. The main leaving area and bedrooms have been recently updated, however, the bathrooms and kitchen areas are due for update. It is an easy walk to the Sea Pines beach club and Harbour Town and a nice bike to South Beach. We didn’t have any issues and the check in process was relatively simple. The second bedroom has a queen/single bunk and another single bed. Our fur baby enjoyed her time as well.

Quiet & close to beach

Nice location, roomy, has what you neéd. Good walking paths too. Several small things in condo need repair. Master bathroom celing fan,screen on sliding door torn. Tv is challenging to operate. No instructions for tv.

Reasonable in Sea Pines

Centrally located in Sea Pines and was very convenient to the Heritage golf tournament, the beach, and outside of Sea Pines. Rate was reasonable and overall the property was great including good WiFi for working online.

The property need update .. need felling fans and AC is not running accurately.. to warm inside Beds and pillows very uncomfortable with pillows so cheep not sure why owner doesn’t replace them .. we cut our stay 1 night short bcs the beds are very uncomfortable

Well maintained, good location

We have rented other similar condos in the plantation club villas. This one was the best so far - updated decor, good quality furniture. The ground floor access was especially easy with kids, luggage, beach gear etc., and it still got a good amount of natural light.

Sea Pines Adventure with the pups.

We loved Sea Pines and the place we stayed in! We had communication problems with VRBO and Vicasa before the trip and were not happy that our questions weren't answered in a timely fashion. Once we got there we loved the unit and the surroundings and taking the pups on the beach each day. We would go here again!

464 Plantation Club Stay

Unit worked out well. Only issues were that AC was very uneven overly warm in main bedroom and cold in main living area in the evening. AC unit was also very noisy. Unit did not have a iron or a coffee pot for the drip coffee maching.

Great condo!

This was a beautiful condo with everything we needed in a pretty setting. The management team does a great job with an easy check in and out. The gated community was lovely with bike paths, shops and great restaurants. We enjoyed our short stay.

Great location and convenient with dig

Loads of bike paths nearby. Management was responsive to our complaint about construction noise from nearby condo—which was not under management’s control. This was our second stay at 464 Plantation.

Too Loud

I have no problem with the condo itself, it was old but fine. (Bring your own iron.) The only thing that will keep me from renting there again was the elevator for the building shared a wall with the front bedroom. Every time the elevator was used, we felt as though we were in it. Sleeping at night was a problem.

Nice and easy

The unit was very nice. It was clean and nicely outfitted with anything we needed. We loved the bottom unit because we could take our dog out easily. The back patio area was extra nice to sit at and let him be outside some too.

Great vacation!!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit had everthing we needed and nicely accommodated our new puppy as well. The unit was well equipped and comfortable and the location near Fraser Circle was very convenient to the beach club. We would stay here again.

Overall, we were very pleased with 464 Plantation Club Villa

The unit was very clean especially considering it is a dog friendly rental. The rental definitely has age on it but the furniture was clean and I was very surprised to NOT find dog hair on the sofa. I have very low-shedding dogs but realize in a rental you will have all breeds and was expecting to find evidence of dogs in the unit. The only place we found any hair to speak of was on the comforter in the master bedroom. Because I have allergies and was expecting to find hair, I came prepared with my own pillow cases and sheets. The microwave and refrigerator were so clean and looked to be new. We mostly ate in and found the kitchen to be very well stocked. The dining table only had 5 chairs, so if you bring 6 people you could have an issue at meal times. Some suggestions that would make the rental easier to navigate – shower curtains. It’s either the rods or the hangers but the shower curtain will not slide so it does become very aggravating. A new rod and/or different curtain hangers would be a definite improvement. Also, communication could be improved. We’ve found that navigating Hilton Head is somewhat tribal knowledge so some help in this area would be appreciated. The address is 464 Plantation Club VILLAS. The packet left off the Villas on the address so our GPS took us to Plantation Club Drive which is a house and no where near our rental. Also, Regime 18 is helpful to know as the villas are grouped and the signs are labeled by Regime #. With our guest pass we had to be one of the first 50 at the Beach Club to be able to park so if you are lugging a lot of beach stuff you need to go very early in the morning. You can walk as its not too far or a very easy bike ride with ample bike racks. The sign says the Blue Line Trolley picks up every ½ hour at the front of the Regime 18 but we never saw it stop. They do have other locations you can drive, park and catch a trolley We also found that later in the evening parking at the beach club was open and we were allowed to park there. The rental WiFi password was handwritten and attached on the board in the kitchen. The TV is not a smart TV so unless you want to watch basic cable, you’ll need another device to stream anything. My husband had his laptop with him so we used the HDMI cable connected to the cable box and plugged into his laptop to stream when we wanted a movie. And, Dogs are only allowed on the beach before 10am and after 5 pm during peak season.
