Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Outdoor furnishings could use some updating. Parking is tight but overall perfect location on HHI.

The location, size, and accommodations were perfect for our group. We had kids from 1 year-8 years and the location to the beach was perfect.

Amazing beach house!

We loved this place! It is very close to the beach, as well as shopping, restaurants, and bike trails. It is fully equipped with beach gear and toys. We absolutely loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Family Vacation spot

Everything in the house was nice, clean and organized. The beach is a nice walk and Everything you may need for the beach or pool can be found at the house. Our family had a wonderful week in Hilton Head and the house was in a great location for shopping, restaurants and parks!

Heritage House

4 couples attended the Heritage Golf Tournament and stayed in this home. We loved the 4 br and 4 ba layout and fit us all perfectly. Also loved the huge table for cards hanging out and It was walking distance to the shuttle and many restaurants.

Perfect for our family

It was clean and perfect for our adult family and 9 month old granddaughter. The location was perfect. Beautiful beach. It was easy check in and check out. Great communication start to finish.

Stay in Hilton Head

Over all had a great time! Home was super clean when we got there which is important to me, you could tell it had been recently cleaned, no dust or anything on the floors. Super close to the beach which was lovely and full of windows so great light. Had everything you could need for the beach and games for the kids when inside. Loved our stay!

Good Spot

The home is in a perfect location. Everything in the home was in good shape and functional with plenty of space for 7 Adults and 3 young kids. The beds and pillows are not high end but ok for a few nights. Outside pool is a great feature. The outside of the home could use a good power wash. All in all a very good stay.

Great location near Coligny Park

This spacious house is in walking distance of the beach, many shops, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops as well as a grocery store. The pool is shaded much of the day which made a perfect place for our youngest family members to play.

Lots of space for our small family of three and two friends. Very family friendly location being both close to beach and close to the central shopping and event area. Biking was fun with the path being close along with a really nice road to traverse safely. The pool was great for a quick dip and the grill outside made the post-beach session a success. The home was more than a home base to crash. It was a great place to hang out, eat dinner, play games, and enjoy the larger than expected living space. Would repeat.

Amazing House

Beautiful home with all you could ask for. Great location to walk or bike and just a few houses from the beach for glorious walks. Owners have thought of everything! We have already recommended to friends and plan on returning in spring we hope!

Great for a Girls Trip

Nice property and great location. All was as pictured and expected. Only disappointment was the money we paid for heated pool that was never warm enough to use. Highlight was the great customer service from start to finish.

Great family house and wonderful location!!

We had 3 couples and 2 kids (ages 5 & 2). The house was the perfect space for privacy and family time. It had a well stocked kitchen and plenty for the beach - chairs & wagon. The pool was perfect for post nap fun! It is located less than a block to the beach, within walking distance of 2 parks and Piggly Wiggly plus much more. We would definitely enjoy staying again!!

Spacious beach rental

Thsi is a lovely 4 bedroom home with spacious bedrooms and living areas. The pool area was small but well maintained. The door to the pool/patio area was protected by a dead bolt that only an adult could reach. It was a short walk to the beach. Parking is for 3 midsize cars. Good location. Good price. Very good response from rental group when we needed some assistance. We would stay here again.

We had a great week at Hilton head. The weather was perfect. We love the convenience of the beach, Coligny plaza, and sitting in the pool after a long day at the beach. My husband caught the trolley or pulled our beach wagon to the Piggly Wiggly for things we needed. My 12 year old grandson and his friend rode their scooters all over safely. We have already booked it for next July 2024. Cannot wait to go back. I’ll give it a Five star review.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great beach home

This property was exactly as shown. No misleading information. “90 second walk to beach” is accurate. Clean upon arrival. Disposal issues late one night and they came and fixed next morning. Great sized bedrooms! 8 adults and one two year old had a fabulous week. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect Place

Great house and perfect location. Beach just a couple minute walk. Coligny Plaza was a very short walk from the house and everything you need or want you can fine there. The house is equipped with everything you need. Beach toys, beach chairs, toys for the house, the pool(although it is small) it was perfect. Definitely get the pool heated, first day it wasn’t heated but they came the next day to turn it on. 2 of the closets are big enough for a pack n play, which worked out well for us. Without a doubt, we would stay at this house again.

Great location for family

Great location and accommodations for a family get together. Appreciated owners having beach towels available. It was too cold for beach going but the heated pool was very nice and enjoyed by all. There were plenty of beach items in the closet. This location is in walking distance to so many different places including the Piggly Wiggly for those items you forgot to pick up at Publix which is a quick 5 minute drive. You can also walk to Coligny for shopping, dining, and entertainment. A little past Coligny you can walk to Celebration park, the Sandbox, and the Art Cafe. The Art Cafe teams up with Rockfish Seafood and Steaks to allow parents a little get away while on their getaway.

Great stay!!

We do a couples trip each year and picked Hilton Head for 2024. We picked this property bc of its proximity to the beach (literally a 5-minute walk) and the size of the dining table (fits 8). Though an older home it’s super well maintained. Very clean and great space in the common areas. Beds were a little on the “spring” forward side, but that’s literally our only complaint. We had an issue with the automated front door lock needing batteries on our last night locking us out but a call to the after hours number and Matt from the property mgmt company was there within 15 minutes and had us back inside. We had a great stay and would reserve this property again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect Location with ALL the amenities

We had an amazing time at The Beach Retreat. It was the perfect location. We barely had to get in our car the whole trip, which we loved. It was walking distance to plenty of restaurants, a very easy walk to the beach, but also out of the way of high traffic. The house was a wonderful layout, especially if you're sharing with two families. There was a closet full of toys, beach toys, beach chairs, and a beach wagon, which was awesome of our kiddos and much appreciated! The pool was a perfect size, we paid the small fee to warm it, being October, and I'm so glad we did. I loved having a cup of coffee with a book on the front porch in the mornings. Highly recommend. We will be back!
