Another perfect Spring Break at Sea-Clusion

Repeat stay because it’s such a great house. Everything you need - pool, beach, bike to Coligny and beyond, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone. We were 8 adults and 8 kids and we fit perfect. Thanks Gary and Beth for another awesome Spring Break!

Girl’s Trip

This was a return visit for me and my sister. We had a family trip here in 2018. It was so nice, we wanted to come back. This time there was 5 of us who are long time friends. We did not need this large of a property but our previous experience was so awesome, we just had to return and bring our friends to see it and enjoy staying here. It was lovely and we all had a great time. The house was nice in 2018 and six years later it was just as nice. It’s an indication of how these owners take care of their property. Thanks so much.

A Plus Property!

Great stay in Hilton Head

Really enjoyed the house. It is beautiful and well maintained. Beth, the manager, was there to greet us and promptly answered any questions we had. Our family of 16 were comfortable in the spacious rooms. The owner provided 4 bikes which was a nice touch.

Great Family Gathering Place!

Our family is spread far and wide. This location was great in terms of easy airport access and Hilton Head amenities. The home was perfect for our 9 adults and 6 kids (with room to spare!). Depending upon weather (it was very windy!), we played on the beach or at the pool. Our concierge was friendly, responding quickly to any questions we had. Sun, fun, and the perfect rental

We totally recommend this house. It provided everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay in Hilton Head. It was very clean, well-appointed, and the number and layout of bedrooms was perfect for our multi-generational family of 14. We especially enjoyed the ease of transitioning from the beautiful beach to the backyard pool and hot tub, and having an ample supply of quality beach towels available for our use. Also the owner provided a generous "starter" supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom as well as dish soap, paper products, and pods for the clothes and dish washers, which was an unexpected but much appreciated bonus.

Outstanding Home!!

We had a wonderful time. This house has all the amenities. There are 2 dishwashers in the main kitchen, a separate ice maker, multiple coffee pots (Keurig & drip), and a separate beverage refrigerator too! Plenty of room for everyone. The view is outstanding, and the cleanliness of the home was spotless. There are 2 washers and dryers. The elevator was so helpful for our senior relatives and bringing up luggage and groceries. The pool was perfect for us. We struggled with getting the hot tub to heat constantly. However, I believe some of the issues might be user error. Manager-Beth was very helpful with answering any of our questions. Previous review there was mention of worn furniture. We did NOT find this to be the case, and everything was in A-1 condition! They provided 4 bikes and were nice to have.The TV’s were easy to use, and eventually we figured out how to use the speakers. Helpful hints for future vacationers: There are plenty of beach towels. No beach chairs, but we did a lot of walking on the beach and really didn’t need chairs. We paid for the heated pool and the temperature was perfect. We had to buy salt and pepper, and if you are a coffee drinker you will need coffee filters. We brought extra laundry & dishwasher pods, and dish soap just in case (which we used). They provided bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Most of the bathrooms in the house had blowdryers. Excellent vacation and we truly appreciate the use of this beautiful home! Thank you!!

Great place for kids who can bike to stores or on the beach and heated pool and hot tub great for everyone. Beach is right in back of house. House well furnished and great kitchen if you plan to do own cooking.

Great vacation home on the beach for families

Property was great and exactly as described in the listing. We were three families of 4, 5 and 5 and the room configurations worked out perfectly. The apartment like third floor was super useful. All the different spaces made privacy available when needed. The view was spectacular. The concierge was so responsive and helpful! We have already re-booked for next year!

Awesome house, awesome view. Parking is atrocious. We never were able to get the Hot tub to heat up. The TV’s in the bedrooms were hard to use and many in the house couldn’t get normal channels to play. The living room sofa is worn and very uncomfortable. Beth the property manager is easy to contact and helpful.

Multi-family Thanksgiving vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful ocean front home. From booking to check-in to check-out, the process was seamless. The home was spacious with plenty of room for all 17 of us. Having two kitchens (with three ovens, three dishwashers and two refrigerators) was extremely helpful when prepping for large family dinners - including Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the addition of heat was well worth it for a couple of cool November days that week. The property was immaculate, and we had no issues during our stay. The property manager checked in frequently and also clued us in to events going on in HHI. We also truly appreciated the rental of 4 bikes for all to enjoy. This home is a gem, it was perfect for our families. We would love to return! Thanks again!
