Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay and the space accommodated our group of 6 wonderfully. The space is a short walk to the beach...however, getting over the dunes was the biggest challenge. The host had one wagon in the space (which we used everyday), but I definitely recommend bringing one with you as well. The only room for improvement we saw within the space was for the pull-out couch. The mattress for the couch was not the best, so two of our group members ended up just sleeping on the couches (which worked out fine). We shared this experience with the hosts and recommended a mattress topper, but nevertheless, the stay was still wonderful! We felt safe in the gated community and still were not far from the local resturaunts and night life. Definitely recommend!

Excellent Stay

This was my very first time using VRBO and Our first time visiting Hilton Head, and this property and host made it so easy! Loved how close and convenient it was to everything! The extra beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon were a huge bonus!

Enjoyed the condo on a weekend getaway with my sister. We came for peace and quiet and beach therapy. We enjoyed the condo area away from the crowds. Beach was great. Will definitely come back!

Perfect spot for family getaway

We were in a quiet location, but could walk to the beach and drive to shopping 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the tennis courts and corn hole. Since we were there for Thanksgiving, the kitchen had almost everything we needed to prepare our meal. Would definitely use again.

Wonderful place, near two great beaches, peaceful, beautiful decor, well-equipped kitchen, everything you need nearby, staff friendly, quickly resolved TV connection. We are used to a garbage disposal, a second television, and an elevator. We left clothes, were called, and arrangements made. We would stay here annually if not for the lack of an elevator.

It was just ok

The property is older...the beds are rock hard...they need new mattresses... the toilet paper is way too thin... there was no water in the fridge...no ice cubes and no condiments not even salt and pepper. Sorta disappointed but only had to sleep there. We will not be back. Sorry it needs to be better than that!

Loved Folly Field

Perfect for our family of 3. Our son is leaving for college soon and really enjoyed the stay. He said it was his fav of the places we've stayed in HHI. Communication was excellent with the realtor. She even gave restaurant suggestions when I asked while we were there. Excellent service and stay.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful time at this property- it's close to the beach (and near a gate to get out of the property), the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the beach toys and the family games for evening relaxation!
