Great getaway!

We stayed here with 3 families and had a great experience. Walking distance to everything, even with smaller kids!

Great pool and large outdoor space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Coligny area! Our house was close to restaurants, shops and bars. The walk to the beach is 5-6 minutes. There were beach toys and a wagon available to use in the garage.

Great Stay

Great house and location! Easy walk to Cologne plaza. We like to cook our own meal and the kitchen was well stocked!

Nice place

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay. Island Time was great to deal with. Backyard furniture cushions should be replaced to properly fit.

We had a great holiday weekend at one of our favorite spots! The management was available the entire time with quick responses to any needs. Everyone at Island Times was super helpful& accommodating. Will def look to book through them again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is not being maintained. There is a broken window, water leak in the spare bedroom and overall was not very clean.

Nice house is great location

This was a nice house in a great location. The house was laid out nice for a large group. The pool and garage were both large. My only issue is the house had a bunch of small maintenance things that weren’t fixed or were fixed but looked like a five year old fixed them. Our biggest complaint was that there were no locks on the bathroom doors. I’m not sure why on a large rental property like this there wouldn’t be locks on the bathroom doors when multiple people would be using them. Overall, we liked the place and would stay there again.

Family vacation at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a wonderful newly remodeled house that was comfortable for our group of 10 people. This is the furthest we have ever stayed away from the beach, and it was still very close and walkable. The house itself was a very nice house and had everything we needed. The only recommendation we have from this house is that two of the bedrooms need blinds and there are only two showers. It made showering a little tricky with 10 people but we just took turns each day, and it worked out. All the furniture were brand new, in fact, some of the cushions still had tags on them. This was a great vacation house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was as pictured and described. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and Coligny as well as the neighborhood it was in. Upstairs was great and spacious for kids and the kitchen was large and stocked for cooking and seating throughout the week!l. The house was clean upon arrival inside, but the pool area/furniture had not been cleaned. All of the patio furniture had not been wiped down in what seemed like a while. My husband ended up finding a leaf blower and cleaned everything off. The pool was in good condition though, just would have been nice to have that cleaned too. The outside trash bins were also pretty full when we arrived so with our trash it was overflowing midway through the week and animals got into it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is perfect for 3 families with children. The bunk rooms were great for all the kids. They all had their own beds and a shower upstairs to share. Kitchen was well stocked with good knives,pancake griddle, Keurig with single and pot coffee option and all the utensils you need to cook.Could usea large sheet pan though. Great outdoor spaces and easy walk to the beach, egret street dead ends into beach access. Pool perfect for volleyball with both ends the same depth. Biggest issue is two of the downstairs rooms share a bathroom with only a bathtub, no shower. Perfect for bath lovers! So the couples in those rooms had to come to the master bathroom to shower. So there are 4 toilets,2 showers and 1 bathtub. If I could recommend anything to the owners would be to add locks to bathrooms. Only bathroom with a lock was the downstairs half bath. Great customer service; One small issue in the house and customer service had a tech out the next morning.

Great house, would rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our girl's trip - plenty of rooms, plenty of seating and kitchen space. It was clean and the management company responded in a timely manner to the one issue we had (no propane). The house itself is really nice. Miele appliances, upscale fixtures, beautiful bathrooms. It is clearly only used now as a short-term rental, though. The furniture is mostly pretty cheap. The pool area was really lovely, and we spent a lot of time hanging out around the fire pit table on the deck. I wish it was cheaper to heat the pool, but I understand that's a function of the gas cost and not profit-driven. The two suggestions I have are 1) put curtains up in the front bedroom - you can see right in from the front porch despite the blinds! and 2) more cookware for the kitchen. I know it is a rental, but some of that stuff was pretty old, and we couldn't find a large sheet pan. Oh, and we got bikes delivered from the equipment company that we were provided a credit with, and it worked out great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in very poor condition. The outside of the home had trash all around. The master bedroom window glass was broken which the realty company knew about but did not share with us. No one ever came to clean the pool the entire week. The outdoor furniture was a mismatch of cushions in bad condition and did not match or fit. I had to clean the outdoor table that was filthy. Random old things shoved in closets throughout the house. Ironing board was there but no iron. Windows and blinds were dirty and broken. Renovations had been done but all a DIY gone bad. 3 men showed up to fix a pool light in the middle of the day which we were given no warning. We had to get out of the pool so they could get in the pool. Lamp shades broken. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid for the week.

Reviewer Comments: Let me start by complimenting the staff of Island Time (especially Nick) on their quick responses to any and all issues with the house during our stay! Unfortunately, during our stay we had some issues come up. Our first day of arrival we had full garbage cans.The garbage was supposed to be picked up Saturday morning, but was not. The overflow of garbage led to animals rummaging through the cans every night, which led to us taking turns cleaning up mounds of disgusting garbage.We did notify Island Time and much to our dismay no one came to get any of the garbage until the next pickup which was Wednesday. After settling in, we had ordered $700 worth of groceries, loaded the refrigerator and discovered it wasn’t cooling.After discovering this, we walked down to the small garage fridge, which is not connected to the house by the inside, and put the majority of the perishables into that refrigerator. Since, we had only a very small space to work with, we had no where to put any of our drinks. Island Time was very responsive and sent someone over the next day. The fridge was not fixable so we had to put all food into the garage for a day and go back and forth to get any items we needed. Due to the fact we had nowhere to place drinks, we had to go each morning to get 4-5 bags of ice and place all of our beverages outside. We were limited on coolers so we constantly were replacing drinks and spent a lot on ice all week! Nick was nice enough to find us a fridge which was brought over and dropped into the garage. My husband and son had to help get the fridge into the house. Nick did bring us two ice machines, however one did not work. The ice machine was small and really wasn’t able to produce any substantial amounts of ice. Please note that there are no locks on the bathroom doors upstairs that multiple people have to share. The jack and Jill bathroom is ONLY a Bath and you cannot shower in there, 8/10 shared a shower, sink also doesn’t shut off prop
