We rented this house for a group of ten, including 2 children under the age of 10. The place was excellent for us. The pool was great, the movie room was fantastic, and the location was perfect. Ten minute walk to a wonderful beach. Plenty of room, very nice towels and linens and plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. We had a wonderful week.

Very spacious house for two families. We enjoyed all the amenities offered. We encountered a few issues that required maintenance support and they were quick to respond and did their best to address problems. Loved the location and would not hesitate to book again.

Had the best time for our annual get together with friends who are now like family and our kids. Great set up for all to have room and their own space but still come together to have fun and fellowship!

We loved our stay! House had every amenity that we could think of. It was a comfortable house for our group of 8 adults. The pool and hot tub area is amazing. The guys loved watching TV from the pool. Close to the beach. They accommodated us with our request for an early check in. If our travels take us back to Hilton Head, we’d definitely try to book again.

The heated pool! We had young children with us on the trip they really enjoyed the pool! My husband enjoyed the grill. The house was amazing!

We had issues with the internet. Representatives attempted to fix it and finally did but the week was just about over. Check in was difficult because the "code" did not work on the door. Again the representative was responsive and so it wasn't a big issue but just a small inconvenience.

We had a great time at the folly field properties! Very clean and organized, as well as great instruction and communication from our hosts. Definitely a place we will look up for future visits to the Island.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house had everything! The theater room was SO MUCH FUN. The pool was great! We rented a gulf cart and had a great time going around on it. Great property!

Family fun at Hilton Head

The property was well supplied, well equiped. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. The poool are is fun. Location great. Nearby alligator was a hoot.

Perfect!

Best vacation rental experience yet. This house was great. But the best part about it was that Sea Turtle staff (owner/property mgmt) were so kind and responsive and FAST without making me feel like I was bothering them. Pool is completely shaded which was nice after sitting in the sun at the beach.

Golf Getaway

The property was just as described in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our foursome. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, just perfect. The house was well maintained and very clean. The linens met/exceeded my expectations.The kitchen was nicely appointed.We will definitely consider this home on our next golf trip to HH.

Family visit for a memorial

We were in town for a loved one’s memorial, we needed a property for our family but also to meet up before events with others in town. We loved the layout, everything was clean, and all of the beds were so comfy! The pool heater wasn’t working so we were sad to not enjoy that but the property manager communicated with us and we eventually resolved the issue. Would definitely stay again.

everything about this house was perfect. Well, the elevator wasn’t working, but who doesn’t need steps right? The house was very well equipped with all the necessities and had Apple supply of trash bags and toilet tissue… The coffee station was well stocked as well. Super family trip.

Wonderful stay at Hilton Head

This property was amazing! It was exactly as listed and included every amenity we could have possibly needed. The heated pool was one of our favorites. With a party of 10, it’s often hard to accommodate everyone, for the first time everyone had ample space! Great rental.
