The condo was everything and more than what we expected. Beautifully decorated with every necessity needed for a week’s stay. Home away from home! The location in Hilton Head is excellent for seeing so much of the wildlife right from our balcony. There was so much to do down in the marina area and the restaurants were very good. Our host was exceptionally good in making our stay so easy. Detailed instructions on how to make the most of our stay. Several suggestions on how to navigate the area. We had the best of both worlds - access to a beautiful pool or easy location to get to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

Retirement Vacation

The Pearl was by far the best accomodation I have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and in tip top condition. Great location and exactly as described. The owner was A-plus with information and communication. I would highly recommend and already have plans to re-book in the future.

The Pearl is a true treasure

My husband and I recently enjoyed a relaxing week at The Pearl. We love Hilton Head and have vacationed there many times with our children. This was our first full week just us and The Pearl made it feel so special. Every detail has been thought of to make your stay easy and relaxing. The balcony was one of our favorite spots. We love seeing the changing tides and all the wildlife. The ability to walk to the Shelter Cove marina and the restaurants and shops is so nice. We enjoyed multiple dinners with music and yummy breakfasts at the bakery. The beach access is so easy and just beautiful. Don't forget to try out the hot tub, the view is amazing. We will be back!

Fantastic Property in a Fantastic Location!

We just got home from our stay in Shelter Cove on Hilton Head Island. The "Pearl" is in an awesome location, close to great restaurants and shopping. And the view from the balcony is fantastic. Perfect place to watch the fireworks on Tuesday night and a perfect place to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the dolphins. The Pearl itself is very comfortable and beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings. And the bed was super comfortable! I can see why Egan is rated a super host....she has spoiled me for all others! Communication was excellent, very timely with tons of helpful information and suggestions. I can't say enough good things about Egan and our stay at the Pearl. Highly recommend without any reservations!

One of our best vacations.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed and more. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and fireworks. The location was perfect. We were close to the restaurants and shops. We hope to stay there again.

Great location in Shelter Cove; walkable to a number of restaurants; beach very close by; great balcony; very responsive and nice owner; new washer and dryer in unit -- all updated appliances and unit was freshly painted when I arrived. Great stay. I would stay again.

Lovely property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner communicated in a very helpful way throughout the booking process and our stay there. The unit was clean and nicely furnished and we felt like there were so many extras provided in the unit. We loved the location! The view of the harbor was so nice. We sat outside every morning on the balcony. Palmetto Dunes is an amazing place to visit. We will definitely return!

Peaceful, calm and cozy getaway at HH

We had the most amazing week at the Shelter Cove and Marina in HH. We loved the Boardwalk and all it’s activities, shops and fine dining, all in view of the beautiful boats and marina. We especially loved the condo with our balcony overlooking it all. Our condo was so very nice, beautifully decorated and quiet. The manager was the best one we have ever had. No matter the need, or question or tips we had requested, she was super on top of everything! In all of our vacations never have we had this much attention to detail and such quick responses. May her tribe increase!

a "PEARL" for sure!!

Egan certainly named this amazing condo perfectly. The Pearl is located in one of the best locations for so many reasons. You walk out on the balcony & relax the evening sunsets while watching the boats leaving Shelter Cove marina. Oh & fireworks without traffic & hassle; we called it our own private show! Enjoyed the beach everyday thanks to the free Palmetto Buggy with the nicest drivers! Egan was an amazing host from the time I inquired about renting. Pictures really do not show how beautifully high end decorated The Pearl is. Slept like a baby every night. Wish we could’ve stayed longer & cannot wait to visit again!!! Beyond 5 stars :)

Bike Accident Recovery & Birthday Week

The pearl has more comforts and extras than you’ll find anywhere! The decor is just the right balance of luxury, comfort and coastal charm. The balcony is the perfect spot to watch fireworks and dolphin in the bay. Live music is a short walk, along with the bike path and kayak/boat rentals. We loved the condo and location. It well stocked with anything we could possibly need and if we did need something, the owner made it happen! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful property!

When searching for properties in Hilton Head we didn't have any frame of reference on where to stay. We feel that we were so fortunate to find "The Pearl" in the Palmetto Dunes area. From the time that we booked Egan was in contact with us and helped us plan our week. The property was exactly as described and even better. It was very clean, no bugs and in a quiet peaceful area. We thought we wanted to stay beachfront but this was so much better. Egan had given notice that we would be by for our parking and entry pass and it was ready and waiting for us. That pass allowed us entry into the best private beach areas. We drove in a couple of times and rode bikes in another time. We loved riding our bikes on the beach! Wish we would have done more bike riding. Shopping was also very close by for anything we needed along with a couple of restaurants. Our favorite, Hudsons Seafood House was a little bit out of the area but was one of our favorites along with Pamodori Italian Restaurant. Great food. We took a Craig Cat tour with Bluewater Adventure which was right next door from the property. We loved everything about this place from start to finish. Egan is a great host and has thought of everything you might need for your stay. We hope to be able to come back and try some things we didn't have time for and would definitely would hope to stay here again. Thank you Egan for a great week in HHI!

Exceptional Experience!

This was our first time visiting HHI and I’m absolutely certain we chose well ! As soon as we arrived we felt so comfortable and excited to stay in the beautiful Pearl ! Egan went above and beyond to make sure all our needs and wants were met ! She was always available for questions and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We cannot wait to return ! I can’t think of a single thing that would have made our stay better except for another week !!! Thank you Egan !

We had a great time!

This is a great property! We didn't realize how perfect of a location this is until our visit. We knew it was on the water but it's also in view of a beautiful upscale marina with top restaurants in walking distance. Also there are fireworks every Tuesday evening in the summer and The Pearl has front row seats right on the balcony! The condo is very nicely appointed with beautiful stone floors and stone counters throughout, very modern appliances, a comfortable bed, and very nice furniture. The pictures on the listing are not touched up, The Pearl is even better in person. We will book again when we come back to HH. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!

First time visiting HH and was not disappointed. Egan was just a fantastic host! Provided so many great details & tips. The condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean and just as nice as the pictures. Condo was perfect for 2 and was very well stocked with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony. We walked to dinner most nights and the shuttle to the beach was perfect. Loved watching all the boats and we even saw an alligator from the balcony. Such a great location with an amazing host!!

Great getaway

Perfect in Every Way

We had such a great stay. First the location, enjoy the incredible balcony over the water or walk out the door and you're on the marina. Mainly I hopped on my bike but restaurants, bars, bakery, the pool, kayaks, boat rides, everything is right there just outside your door. The marina has such a great vibe. The unit itself was so clean and we loved the decor and ambiance. Furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Not that we needed anything, but Egan and the property manager were extremely professional and courteous, were were able to check in early and check out late. Everything was made very easy for us. Its a little over a mile to the beach but my wife loved the walk and I rode my bike along the path and then on to the beach (we were there over New Year, I think there is a shuttle most of the year). Also, the residents we met and chatted with were very friendly. We stayed a week but would be very comfortable there for a much longer stay. Which is the plan for next winter! Thank you Egan for such a thoughtful and peaceful experience.

Beautiful villa for an awesome vacay

Enjoyed my 10-day stay. Throughout the experience Egan was helpful and thorough. Villa was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. Started every morning on the balcony! Perfect location. I will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I stayed at "The Pearl" for our honeymoon & it was so nice! It felt so comfy, cozy, and homey! We absolutely loved staying here! M. Egan was great a great communicator & we loved her suggestions, recommendations for the Island! We will definitely be coming back & staying in the future :)
