    The Space:

    With a fantastic locale just a short walk from Folly Field Beach, the Original Old School Beach House is perfect for a year-round coastal getaway. You can also walk to the bike path, which offers a network of trails throughout the entire island. Bring your small boat to explore the area by water, because this charming home provides ample parking. Find multiple boat ramps within a short drive, as well as mini-golf, restaurants, shops, and popular island attractions.



    Originally from the 1950s, this family-friendly home has been renovated throughout the years to provide all the comforts and necessities of home. Bright and fun decor fills the space, appointed with thoughtful touches like smart TVs with cable, an array of board games, complimentary WiFi, and central AC. A private balcony is an ideal spot to sip morning coffee, while a full kitchen has all you need to whip up your favorite meals and beach snacks. An open-concept floor plan is great for both relaxing and entertaining - added perks include a desk space, a bonus room with a TV and sofabed, as well as an included beach umbrella.

Great Vacation

The property was in a great location, very short walk to the beach. There is a front and back yard of grass that was great for our dog. The only shortcomings of this property are:1-there is no washer/dryer. The listing indicates this but adding this amenity would give this property five stars!2-you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the main bedroom/bath. It was just an unexpected inconvenience. This property is on the quieter end of HHI at Folly Field Beach.

A great property, just a short walk from a handicapped accessible beach. Great AC, comfy beds, plenty of hot water and space for six people. My family of four and my parents had a great time!!

Excellent place for any beach lover. The house was in great condition and plenty of room. So close to every place we love to venture on HHI. We are already talking about our next trip and staying here again.
