Great Visit

Although our visit was short, we loved the accommodations. We used both bedrooms and even cooked a meal in the kitchen. We also used the pool, located right outside the unit. We would come back!

Oyster Festival

The condo was large and seemed to be perfect for 3 adult women to enjoy the annual festival. Great location and a nice pool area made us hopeful. Unfortunately, we found the beds and the dining room chairs pretty uncomfortable. It could use some updating.

Wonderful location!

This is in an excellent location. Walkable to many restaurants, shops and the beach. There is a free trolley that stops close to the entrance as well. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Very enjoyable stay.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Nice position by pool. Liked location on ground floor and very close reserved parking for easy unloading. Although residents above us were quite noisy at night! Beach, restaurants and supermarket all close by. Scott & Michellene were very responsive to our questions and supplied helpful information about HH Island and things to do.

Great Place in a nice location

Beautiful condo which was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool is right outside the patio. Beautiful courtyard with birds galore right outside your window. Quiet, private, 10 min walk to the beach. We loved our stay.

Another great getaway at HHI!

Excellent location! Community Pool right out the back patio, close to the beach and Coligny Shopping center and new park! We would stay again! Place is moderately priced for the simple but adequate furnishings for our family. We will stay again!

Perfect vacation in Hilton Head

Great trip for our family on Hilton Head Island! Comfortable, clean and great location. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed not using the car. Loved the back-porch with easy access to the community pool.

Contacted owner regarding some issues & immediately called to discuss. Kitchen: I was not able to locate a sharp knife to cut veggies, fruits, meat, etc., skillets & cooking sheets needs replaced, it was nice to have a washer & dryer in the unit. Bring your own pillow unless you like pancake thin. For the beach, I believe there was a couple chairs, wagon (Step 2 molded plastic), & pool noodles in the exterior closet. We just used it to store our beach chairs.

Great location near pool

We stay at Springwood Villas every year for a family vacation. This unit was very conveniently located to our other family and was right in front of the pool. It was great having everything on one level - no steps! The owner gave us their cell numbers if needed. Check in was easy - no need to pick up keys from a rental company. The unit was reasonably priced. We will definitely try to get this unit again!

Just my opinion

First, the location and pool are awesome, the accommodations are as described, and communications with owner were fine. That said, I personally think they miss the mark. They would never have to spend a dollar and can keep the unit fully occupied, but I would advise them to invest in a full update (new mattresses, bath fixtures, furniture, etc.) and have a little more concern about the comfort of their guests. Enhance the visitor experience as they say. Again, this is not a requirement but it would go a long way. There are plenty of properties in HHI so why not try to out-compete everyone else?
