Perfect for us

We were on the island for a family wedding and our place was perfect for our needs. Clean, quiet, comfortable with all the amenities we needed and everything working. We enjoyed using the courts for pickleball, and the proximity to the gorgeous beach was great!

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time in this resort. The rooms were perfect and the resort had enough to do for two teenage boys. The beach was gorgeous! The beach is about a 10 minute walk on the board walk but very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this resort!

Great location for beach, biking, and golfing. Lots of people playing tennis or paddle. Our unit had uncomfortable and mismatched furniture in living room—some looked like they were salvaged staff were very responsive when the dishwasher leaked. They need some directions on how to use the remotes for the cable tv

Hilton Head Getaway

This is a perfect getaway for a small family. We loved the amenities of the resort but most of all loved that we could walk to the beautiful beach from the property. The beach is one of our favorites now. Thanks for the couple days of perfection.

It was a very nice condo for a family of 4 with two little children. It was a 12 minute brisk walk to the beach, so not too bad. It was well stocked with any kitchen utensils one might need for cooking meals etc. The indoor and outdoor pools were nice. Overall a great stay, and a great host!

Great location for a couple days

The location is great, ten minute walk to the beach even pulling a toy cart and two toddlers. The complex has a lot to offer, pool is nice. The condo itself left a little to be desired, it’s a bit dated and not exactly the cleanest. There is a beach cart offered but it looks like it needed to be replaced two summers ago. Overall a good value for a weekend away!

The description of the property is spot on! Everything was nice and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything (pots/pans/dishes/utensils) needed. The condo was sizable enough to accommodate the 2 adults and 2 teens on this trip. The boardwalk to the beach has quite the view and the shuttle back and forth was nice! So much on the grounds to keep our 2 teens occupied. We had a great trip and would definitly book again!

Great Condo

Everything that we needed in a condo for a family of 4 spending a week down in hilton head. Great location in Hilton Head. The resort has everything you need - pools (indoor and outdoor) and a private beach (around 7-8minute walk). We spent a lot of our time off site so I can't comment on every ammenity available. We took the shuttle to the beach one day which was super easy and helpful. Floors could of been mopped/cleaned prior to us getting there which is why I gave a 4 star for clealiness. Besides that we felt at home.

Perfect

The condo was perfect. Within walking distance from a very nice beach. I think my favorite part was how amazing the hostess was at communication and how easy it was to check in and out. Completely stress free and beautiful beach.

Great family spot!

Right size place for our family vacation. Tons to do and explore nearby. The kids loved the beach and seeing starfish. Great pools to pick from! We went to the town center and played on the huge playground there for a long time. Highly recommend! Thanks!!!

My beach trip

We enjoyed our stay. Great pools, close to the beach and if you don’t want to walk they have a golf cart that will take you there. The property manager gave great recommendation for everything you would need for your stay. 👍

Overall it was good. The floors were not clean but overall clean. Since the resort was so big, the unit was not as close to the ocean as believed and was a bit of a hike. Enjoyed all the amenities and our vacation.

Definitely worth another stay

Very pleased with our stay! Everyone in our family(age 7 to 64) enjoyed the villa and the resort. It may be a 7-10 min walk to beach but what a beautiful one! There were actually several amenities that aren't listed that proved to be helpful and the rest of the description is spot on. Marianne was very helpful and responsive. We had to call maintenance(due to storm causing power outage, not owners fault) and they were also very helpful. The resort itself had plenty to keep us busy and we love HHI!

Perfect weather

Condo met our needs for a long weekend. My grandson fell through the bunk bed and he didn't get hurt, it was reported and the bed wasn't needed for our trip. We played Pickle Ball, Tennis, and spent hours on the beach. The walk to the beach is wonderful for exercise and beautiful private beach. This condo does not have washer and dryer and found out that credit cards are used instead of cash on the floor for laundry. Great get away

Walk to beach much longer than expected. Bed very uncomfortable.

Walk to beach hard if carrying chairs, etc., much longer than anticipated. There’s a service that will take you, tips optional. Master bedroom mattress worn out! Had to put couch pillows under one side just to level it enough for two people to sleep on. Everything else ok.
