Our family had a wonderful time. It was perfect for parents with our two teens. It was clean and spacious and comfortable! It was on the third floor so we are very happy there was an elevator. The balcony had a great view of the ocean while we sat out there to enjoy coffee or a drink or just listen to the sounds of rain. It was also a beautiful view from the balcony when the moonlight shone on the water. There Are a couple things I would suggest to the owners. The can opener is in need of replacement (it’s rusty and not working well) and the kitchen could use a small to medium metal strainer. Also, maybe add one stainless steel skillet to the kitchen instead of just teflon coated ones to choose from due to health dangers with teflon. Just a few suggestions but we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Oh and it would also be nice if there were beach towels in with the supply of beach supplies. Also not a game changer but Towels took a lot of space in our luggage. Next time we will just buy some there and leave them. Last thing, you get a little starter kit with some dish soap a couple other things which is helpful. It would be helpful if there was a trash bag in the starter kit. We didn’t realize we needed to grab trash bags the first time we went to store for supplies. Thank you.

Condo with Beach Access

This condo was perfect for our stay! Beach access was steps away. The property was clean. The one thing I wish was fixed was the master bedroom window screen. I didn’t want to open the window in case bugs wanted to come in.

Incredible VRBO

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was centrally located, had beautiful amenities, and had easy access to the beach! The VRBO was incredibly clean, very well-equipped, and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were many, many options on the tv for rainy days, and in a safe area. It was our first time in Hilton Head and will absolutely be rebooking this place!

Great, clean stay

Nicely remodeled and sparkling clean! The inside was perfect- comfy beds and bathrooms, everything worked well. The outside of the building was being cleaned while we were there so some noise and scaffolding interrupted the ocean view. I imagine that will be gone within a week.

Woken Up 2 Out of 3 Days

The place was clean. Everything worked well. Looked as advertised. All was great accept for the most important part, the ability to sleep. On the first night- both in the evening and morning a clicking noise coming from above the bathroom woke us up. I called to address it, and while responsive the Vacasa staff was dismissive. The third night there were loud sounds of running water from above the same bathroom. I did not bother to call the staff, as I was leaving. Very clean- but no sleep is really a bad way to spend some time away. I also thought the Vacasa team would have been a bit accomodating and empathetic

Right on the beach with all amenities needed

Just like listed. Beds were comfortable and clean. Right on the beach. Pools were great. All electronics worked. Might could use a deep cleaning. The carpets needed a steam cleaning and the fans needed to be dusted. A little older unit. Nothing fancy but worked great for us.

Great Location

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo on Hilton Head Island. The condo resort is lovely, has good amenities, and is in a great location right on the beach. The condo itself was immaculately clean and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. The views from the balcony are wonderful and it's only a quick walk over the dunes to the beach. The complex is on a quieter end of the beach, making for peaceful walks in the morning and evening, and it wasn't too crowded for swimming/lounging during the day. Our only constructive feedback is that the master showerhead has really low water pressure and the tub doesn't drain well. But the shower in the other bathroom worked fine. We loved Hilton Head and would definitely stay at this location again.

Everything was great! Location was perfect. We will definitely stay again!! The only thing I would ask for is to have additional kitchen towels, (there was only one, and we cooked in a lot) ... and a vacuum to collect sand. As hard as we try, it still gets everywhere! (we are crazy...we always leave places cleaner when we leave).
