The check in process was easy. The owner was readily available to answer questions. There was an initial issue with the fire alarm and this was quickly addressed. This was the best stocked kitchen I can remember having at any rental property. We cooked every single meal and not only did we have everything we needed, there was plenty of containers to use for food storage, though we had also brought our own. We have three adults and 8 children ranging age 6 to 18. We never felt crowded. There was plenty of space for us all to play games and eat meals at around the same time. We had 3 vehicles and plenty of room for parking. The walk to the beach was 7-8 minutes at most.

Great experience!

The property was beautiful! The house was exactly as pictured and very spacious. The pool area was clean and a relaxing place after a morning at the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. And Robin communicated promptly on all matters. Overall it was a great experience!

2024 HHI reunion

Our family of 8 stayed at this beautiful Palmetto Dunes home for a week. The communication leading up to the trip, as well as during, was immediate and detailed. The home is exactly as described - just about perfect! We had tons of space, parking, storage, large kitchen, large bedrooms and baths, 2 fridges, outdoor area with grill and pool/hot tub. The home was in a wonderful location in Palmetto Dunes, easy walk to the beach. We will definitely return!

Clean, well kept and spacious home with nice pool and spa!

Great location except a little bit farther walk to beach than we thought, took 10 mins with kids and pulling wagons but not bad. House was perfect for our family of 11! The kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings! Loved riding bikes in Palmento Dunes, playing pickleball and grabbing snacks at the General store, everything is close by!

Perfect

This was the perfect location for our family of six adults and four small children. The house is roomy, beautifully decorated and has many excellent features. We all felt comfortable in this home-like setting. The beach access is reasonable and the on-site pool is perfect when you want a more protected from the sun environment.

The Best in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head

My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated this wonderful home in Palmetto Dunes. Within shouting distance of the beach and a short bike ride to the golf course, the pickleball and tennis courts; there were plenty of choices for everyone. The house was perfect: well-equipped, clean, comfortable with elegant touches. Our host was attentive and responsive. We loved every minute.

Excellent house for eleven of us

The property was as advertised. No surprises. It was clean and well stocked. The beds, couches and chairs were very comfortable. The kids ate their meals on the screened porch or at the kitchen table. The shaded pool was a godsend because of the heat and humidity. The beach was a short walk away. Any questions I had were answered by Robin within minutes. We had a great time in Palmetto Dunes.

Overall very good week at this property. Only issues were with pool/jacuzzi operation that owner responded to very quickly and "twin" beds were very small. All of our grandkids had a great time - walk to beach was enjoyable - great location for bike rides - fishing in the lagoons, m etc.

Lovely home, great location

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation and our first time in Hilton Head. The house was great for our family of 7 adults and 4 children ages 5 and under. Renting bikes at the Outfitters is the way to go! The neighborhood is excellent for long, leisurely bike rides. Nice kayaking on the river, too.

Everything we needed

1 Ginger Beer was everything we needed on our annual trip to HHI with our extended family. We love the location in Inverness, quick walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Omni or Disney for the beach with many clutch provided carts and everything you may need for the beach. We also love Inverness for the proximity to the General Store and the quiet neighborhood. This house has everything a family could need inside and out. We loved the pool area and frequented it day and night, sunbathing, searching for lizards, pool games or a dip after a run. Robin provided lots of space to sit, many pool toys and floats and a grill. Perfect. The pool is also quite private, even though it’s on the road. It was the heart of the house. The kitchen is well-stocked and we very much appreciated the spices and extras, felt like home and allowed us to cook in easily most nights, so helpful. All of our group of 10 could find a place to sit and hang out, relax or get away. We also loved the extra fridge space in the garage, the 2 perfect kids bedrooms and lots of dining space. If we could recommend anything for the almost perfect home, it would be a soundbar for the living room TV, as we had a hard time hearing it, and maybe a slow cooker for the kitchen (we packed our own). Overall, Robin was amazing, the house was beautiful & we had an incredible week. We will be back!!!

Terrific rental in a great location!

This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some! There were eight of us staying at the house and we had more than enough space. The location was convenient to get to the beach, restaurants, & shops on the island. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental to large families visiting HHI!

We had a wonderful week with family.

We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our 2 sons, 2 daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren. Beach, pool, bike riding and just being together. The house was perfect. Robin was very quick with text responses when we needed her to contact A/C company. Problem solved quickly with no inconvenience to us. Definitely recommend this house, location was perfect. Looking forward to returning. Thanks for the memories!❤️
