Grand Hilton is very difficult to communicate with. When you call no one answers and they text message all communication. We had a problem with plumbing in the kitchen noting sewer water back up in the kitchen sink. Phones calls and text, VRBO messages sent before 9am. We were told someone would fix the issue between 12:30-1:30, at 3pm it was still not completed but was told that a plumber was being contacted and may not get to it until the next day- there was also no other place for us to go since they were booked. We had to go out for dinner since we could not use the kitchen and being in the condo was not possible with the smell. At 7pm we were told the problem was taken care of. When we returned the water was drained but the sink was still full of unpleasant discard and smell was very unpleasant. We had asked to speak to a supervisor and it was texted they would call when they were off the phone with another customer. That never happened. No phone call period. We did ask for reimbursement and were only offered 50 despite inability to use the condo for an entire day. The condo itself would have been comfortable however the disruption of our stay and extreme lack of customer service soured the vacation. I would not recommend Grand Hilton nor would I want to rent from the again given these unfortunate events.
