Perfect spot with teenagers

This is our second stay in this condo and we will definitely be back. The setup is perfect with two teenagers - they have their own space with their own bathroom so they can have their own schedule and level of noise. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to eat breakfast and lunch in, and there are great beach supplies so you don’t need to bring anything but your suit and sunscreen. We love HHI and can’t wait to visit again!

Very good choice

Villamare is a great property. On the beach. The new quiet pool area is lovely. The whole pool area is nice. The villa is large and furnished nicely. Was clean and well equipped. Only negative is the view from the balconies is of the parking lot. The property manager was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again

Little slice of Heaven

We recently had a wonderful stay in this condo. The check in process was easy, we found the condo clean and well stocked for our stay. The condo complex is lovely, boasting 2 separate pool areas and all that keeps you from the beach is a simple walk through a gate. Having the pool and the beach at your fingertips was perfect! We would stay here again without hesitation!

Lovely condo, nice complex with good amenities. Vrbo shows it as oceanfront, which if I had done a little more research I would have seen it was not, but other than a not great view it was perfect! Clean, easy, great for families.

Fantastic Stay With Family

My family and I stayed here for the week in June with 2 kids (ages 4 & 6). It was not our first time in Hilton Head but it was at Palmetto Dunes. We had family stay at the Hilton next door but knew we needed the extra space, kitchen and washer/dryer with the kids. The location was perfect! A 5 minute walk to the beach and the newly remodeled pool was awesome. I actually felt the pool at the Hilton was way overcrowded versus the Villamare pool which always had available chairs. There is also an indoor pool with a gym and a sauna in case it is raining. The condo is located on the second floor and aside from check in day an elevator took no longer than a minute. There are spots by the elevator in the parking garage where you can donate your beach gear if you aren’t planning on taking it home. It’s a great spot to check out on check in day if you forgot something like a boogie board. The condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and my kids actually slept. The door to the second bedroom is pretty heavy and they could not open on their own. We would definitely return here and appreciate the fantastic week we had here with family!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Our family had a great time during our stay in Hilton Head! The location was fantastic! We really enjoyed the pool just steps away from the beach! The unit was clean and very well stocked with anything you may need. We especially appreciated the gift basket upon entering! Plenty to do and everything is a walk or bike ride away. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great Condo/Great Location

Great unit that was well stocked. Really liked the location and private beach access. Owners were great with communication and made the process smooth and easy. Unit was very clean and included far more supplies than most units. It felt more like we were staying at someone’s home than a rental unit. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely family stay

We had a wonderful stay in HH at this property. It was in a great location - steps from the beach, a private pool, and the convenience of the Marriott (where you could easily go to get served food and drink by the pool). The overall property complex is showing its age, but the condo was spotless and updated. The pool is getting a complete overhaul this year, which will make this property perfect.

Great location!

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for several years now. We usually come with other families and rent a house, but since it was just our family we decided a condo with a good location would work. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5. This has been the best location location so far, with easy access to the beach and pool! The storage closet is a great bonus; not only for the extra chairs, but with 3 kids we take a lot of stuff to the beach so it was great to not have to drag it upstairs or to our car everyday. A few things worth noting. They can start maintenance at the complex at 7am so I was woken up just about every morning by the sound of landscaping tools. This condo also overlooks the parking lot so when car alarms go off or garbage trucks are picking up, you hear it. The bathroom in the bedroom with 2 beds hasn’t been updated. Everything works fine, but mentioning because if you’re like me, you may really want the details on the condo. Overall good stay and great communication by Jon. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We found this unit to be as described. The 2 bedrooms were clean and spacious each with its own full bath. The owners had beach towels and chairs for us to use and they were in great shape (should have left ours at home) the pool, beach and fitness center were all within a minutes walk from the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

I was nervous about this property because it had so few reviews, but it was wonderful. One of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at. It was super close to the beach which was nice. They had 4 beach chairs there. I was worried they’d be cheaper ones so we’d brought some but they were super nice ones. The kitchen was lacking nothing. John was easy to get ahold of and would respond immediately. Cannot say enough great things about this condo. It felt large and spacious. If we return to HHI we will be staying here.

Super nice condo

We loved the condo and the property was beautiful. The only complaint is the king mattress was terrible. Lumpy and leaning so feels like you are falling out of the bed so we all slept cramped in the other queen beds for the whole vacation.
